Wendy Williams' insistence she is not suffering from dementia is striking a chord with her legal guardian ... who's now telling the judge Wendy should get a new medical exam.

00:24She is going to get a new evaluation and we found this out in a letter

00:29That the guardianship has sent to the judge

00:33saying that

00:34We feel it is time for her to have a new evaluation

00:38Now this means that what they've said is she's gonna see a doctor

00:42They will be a there will be a medical evaluation and they specifically said the Guardian said this the reason

00:49For this is because they heard Wendy

00:52Doing interviews where she said I don't have dementia. I should not be in here

00:59Trapped as she puts it in this assisted-living calling calling her a prisoner essentially. Yeah saying she's a prisoner

01:06yeah, they also said they've heard Wendy say that she may not even be interested in suing A&E a big part of this guardianship

01:12Is that lawsuit against A&E and so the so Sabrina Morrissey the Guardian went into court and said look

01:17I'm pursuing that for the benefit of this estate if Wendy is saying she doesn't want it

01:21We need to actually evaluate her and see if this is in her own interest in

01:25Stopping pursuit of this lawsuit because they think it could be quite lucrative for her estate and for her benefit

02:03And it I got to tell you I have spoken to her for hours and hours and hours many phone calls

02:09This woman is back to being Wendy Williams and the diagnosis she got it
