Wendy Williams is trying to get answers about a potential change in a very serious medical condition ... but she says her doctor and her guardian are keeping her in the dark.

00:06something to do with her health.

00:09And she's not getting the answers, is what we're told.

00:13And it is really concerning her.

00:15It has to do with medication that she's taking.

00:19It's a thyroid medication.

00:20And it's connected to her Graves disease.

00:22So she's been taking this pill every day.

00:26And a couple of weeks ago, the color of the pill changed.

00:31So Wendy wanted to find out why.

00:36Has her condition gotten worse?

00:38Has it gotten better?

00:39She doesn't know, but she wants to know.

00:41And it's made her really anxious.

00:43Why did the medication, or if the medication changed?

00:45Just because, but she's not getting the answer.

00:47Just because you had a different color pill doesn't mean.

00:49She is wondering, she wants to know, is it the same pill?

00:53Is it a different pill?

00:54Am I better, am I worse?

00:55She hasn't been able to get any answers.

00:57She's called the doctor, she keeps getting a recording,

01:00and nobody's calling, and they can't call her,

01:03is the problem.

01:04They can't call her because the way the guardianship works,

01:07she can only call out, they can't call in.

01:10So the doctor hasn't called,

01:12and she's asked the guardian since Sunday,

01:15what's going on with this pill?

01:17And nobody is telling her.

01:19And she still hasn't gotten an answer.

01:21She's just really anxious about this.

01:23I get this completely.

01:25And it just, again, as we've said repeatedly for weeks now,

01:29months, I just don't understand,

01:31why not just give the woman the answer?

01:33It's her own life, her own, in this case,

01:36her own health that she is dealing with.

01:39You know, she has a question.

01:40You got a problem.

01:41You're being, like, way too logical.

01:43I know, I gotta get off this logic train.

01:49Bottom line, my opinion is Wendy deserves to know

01:52what her medication is, how her health is,

01:55and good standing, bad standing.

01:57I feel like it's a basic human right

01:58to be able to speak to your doctor,

01:59to know what's going on with your health.

02:01And I don't know that much about guardianships,

02:03but I feel like, where is the communication?

02:05There needs to be communication in place.

02:07Or no guardianship.
