Wendy Williams is dealing with her own health issues, but she's still an active mom ... making a rare public appearance to support her son at his college graduation.

00:08graduated from Florida International University, so she was there for the proud moment and

00:15You know, obviously everyone was all eyes were on Wendy because they just don't get to see her out in public these days

01:25She was mentally very sharp. I didn't see any signs of mental decline. I had several conversations with Wendy

01:33She was cracking jokes. She made everybody laugh. Like it was the windy that we all know and love

01:42She might not be back to her prominence on Hollywood, but you know, it looks like she's socializing, you know

02:05Guardian her financial guardian right had filed documents a few months ago where they said that she is permanently incapacitated

02:12And everyone was really shocked by those those words, but certainly she sounded okay there, right?

02:28Documentary, um, there was a lot of alcohol involved, right? And it doesn't feel like it's there which is great and
