00:00And Roberto Gomez from Dade City, Florida, which is about an hour west of here.
00:16And so the fans have traveled to support their man.
00:19Remember, his last five bouts have been here at Karib Royale,
00:25and he's won some of those in spectacular fashion,
00:28and looking to build upon that here tonight.
00:31This fight is scheduled for six rounds in the super featherweight division.
00:36Roberto Gomez in the green trunks.
00:39Wilner Soto in the blue and yellow trunks.
00:42Karin Bhatia on the call, joined by Justin Goosen-Brown and Michael Woods.
00:46We're coming to you live on DAZN from Karib Royale in Orlando.
00:49This is Box Lab Promotions, Night of Champions.
00:52And guys, let's get it started.
00:55Can I make a statement here?
00:58I come in from New York, and I come to Florida, and it's hot, and it's humid.
01:02It always strikes me as strange whenever guys are not sweated up and warmed up in Florida.
01:07I know there's air conditioning and everything, but it's strange to me.
01:10I'm sorry.
01:10I'm old school like that.
01:12Get a sweat going.
01:13Yeah, they're taking their time to start this first round, especially Gomez.
01:17He's really trying to feel him out.
01:18But, look, Gomez has a lot of speed, and once that gets going,
01:22I think that will even play more of a factor than the age.
01:24He's got some real fast hands and, like I said, very reactive.
01:28We saw some of the hand speed there for Gomez.
01:30Those punches were partially blocked, but clearly that will be something that Gomez looks to build upon.
01:36And we saw the tail of the tape there, the difference in reach.
01:40And remember, that is from the armpit to the end of the fist.
01:43And here comes Soto with a quick combination, partially blocked by Gomez.
01:48But to Michael Woods' point, I mean, it's a feeling out round.
01:51And it sounds like, Woodsy, you wanted to see more preparation in the locker room, right?
01:54You wanted to see these guys get a little sweat.
01:56But, no, I'm an OG guy, and young people don't think that way so much anymore.
02:01Listen, Justin, what you said about reactive, I sense the explosivity in Gomez.
02:08There's a little kinetic energy there and pop that I'm standing at attention a little bit right now.
02:13I'll tell you what, he just caught two right hands from Soto right on the chin.
02:17But, you know, it's interesting.
02:18He is trying to press the pace a little bit right now.
02:21And he might be trying to come forward and put on a show in front of these hometown fans
02:25and everyone watching on his first broadcast.
02:27But he's starting to slowly creep his way back in right now.
02:30I like his chill factor, too.
02:32Mm-hmm.
02:33Gomez talked about what this opportunity means.
02:36He's fought here before, but this time he's opening up the card on DAZN.
02:42It's a big opportunity for him, not just for the fans that came here from Dade City,
02:45but for the fans nationally and globally watching on DAZN.
02:50And he's got a tough test in Soto, right?
02:52You're seeing those body shots.
02:53There's a nice combination from Gomez.
02:54But this is what we want to see for young fighters to be tested.
02:58And it seems like Gomez right now is answering the call with some quick combinations.
03:01It seems like Gomez is making a choice.
03:03He could probably box on the back foot if he chose to, but he's walking in.
03:06He's keeping those elbows really tight and taking a lot of – he's taking away that uppercut,
03:10and he's really short and tight when he answers back with his own hooks.
03:13And next round might be him just being on the back foot and surviving, honestly.
03:18I think he's already felt Gomez's power, and let's see how he reacts after this.
03:23He could be on the back foot after this.
03:30And that ends round one.
03:34We take a look there into the corner of Wilner, Soto.
03:40We talked about the reach difference, right, listed.
03:44It was a two-inch reach advantage for Soto, right?
03:47But that may or may not make a difference.
03:50We also spoke about the age differential there, right?
03:53So different factors here in terms of their records.
03:57We know that Gomez undefeated 6-0 with three knockouts.
04:01Soto, he's got the experience edge, right?
04:04He's got 42 fights under his belt.
04:06So youth versus experience is that classic matchup.
04:08Yeah, correct.
04:09And he has a lot of experience, but a lot of those have come against top names,
04:12including former world title holder Jeroen Akos.
04:16But he also was stopped and took a lot of damage in those losses.
04:20So we'll see how he holds up tonight if Gomez gets gone.
04:25At a certain point, experience becomes a detriment.
04:28So he has tipped the line, I would say, in that.
04:31Let's see.
04:32Going forward, we don't want to assume anything, but here we go.
04:34Gomez out as a left-hander, a little something different.
04:37Gomez mentioned to us this week that he was 127-7 in the amateurs.
04:43He was motivated, that he was fighting as a kid.
04:47They said, hey, this is the kid I was telling you about.
04:48He had to go to the boxing gym, and he learned boxing at an early age,
04:51and now a dream realized.
04:52There's a left hand to the body by Gomez.
04:54Okay, guess what?
04:55This guy knows how to do it.
04:56We've seen other fights where people switch,
04:58and they don't know so much what they're doing.
05:00This guy does.
05:00He tells me he's done it before, and he's effective in switching.
05:04So that's something that is in his skill set and his arsenal.
05:08Also, he's just extremely athletic,
05:11and some guys just have that ability to be able to pick up things faster than most.
05:15You see the tight guard there for Gomez.
05:18Hands up around his head until it's time to launch those lightning-fast punches.
05:23Now, one thing in terms of our youth versus experience.
05:25You see Gomez, in this round at least, headhunting versus Soto,
05:28did go to the body a few times,
05:30and that might be a little bit about that youth versus experience dynamic
05:33we've been talking about.
05:33And he spoke about going southpaw.
05:37He actually just kind of got caught right there with a little uppercut,
05:41but he might have watched that tape of Ancahas and Akmedaliev,
05:44because they both are southpaws, and they were both able to stop Soto.
05:48Gomez landed an uppercut, landed a big left hand.
05:52Now he's in the orthodox stance.
05:54Gomez is working behind the jab.
05:58Calls himself a switch hitter.
06:00Seeing that in action here tonight.
06:02Now we do see a little bit as far as balance goes and falling in there a little bit.
06:10You know what, though?
06:11I like to see that.
06:12I'll tell you why.
06:13Because it tells me someone is being an aggressor.
06:15Yes, he wants to fight because he's given Soto the fight he wants.
06:19He is standing in the pocket, and he is trading with him.
06:21And he's smart, and he gets out of it.
06:22But in these moments, yes, he is trying to be aggressive.
06:26Big right hand there for Gomez.
06:28Moments ago, Soto had Gomez backed up, but Soto wasn't able to land anything cleanly.
06:35So we're seeing the defense also on display for the young Gomez.
06:39Soto is not fading in this round.
06:41He's keeping his volume up, and he's, you know, standing his ground.
06:44And so props to him for that.
06:47There's a big right hand for Gomez.
06:49And it does look like a small cut on the right eye of Soto.
06:53And that could be because of this damage provided by Roberto Gomez.
06:58Yeah, and look, obviously Soto still wants to win this fight because that means another opportunity for him.
07:02And, you know, if he could take out a young prospect here, it boosts his stock.
07:08And I'm going to be honest, I don't know exactly how he does that.
07:14His power speaks to me as being average or less.
07:18So how he does it, I don't know, and I don't think he knows either.
07:22A little bit of luck would help.
07:23Yeah, he's just swinging for the fences, and hopefully Goatman walks into one.
07:29That will close out round two in our opening bout.
07:33Let's take a look at that right eye here as Soto takes his seat there.
07:39It looks a little red, not necessarily a big cut or gash, but you can see the redness there.
07:45Yeah, and sometimes that also will come with the amount of wars and fights that he has been,
07:49and that swelling starts to kind of, that scar tissue kind of goes a little bit faster.
07:55And let me ask you this, guys.
07:56So we talked about the, you know, the differences in youth versus experience.
08:01So first, let's take a look at some of the action here from round two.
08:03What do you guys see?
08:05Well, you can see as Gomez, he's working his way, and he kind of created a little bit of space
08:09by using that shoulder, and he landed a good uppercut.
08:12And he's smart that he's using the correct distance in these moments where he's able to land,
08:16but Soto isn't able to counter him.
08:18It looked like their heads also got caught up a little bit there,
08:21so maybe that was a reason why we saw that cut.
08:25But what I was going to say was we're talking about everything that Gomez is doing better, right?
08:31Certainly he's the faster fighter here.
08:33He's got youth on his side.
08:34We spoke about the difference in reach for Soto, and 27 inches to Gomez is 25 inches,
08:40and that is from the armpit to the end of the fist, as we saw on the tail of the tape.
08:43Is that something that Soto could use to his advantage to try to turn things around?
08:47Yeah, he could try and use it, but the fact is that Gomez has great feet,
08:51and that kind of negates that reach when he's able to have the faster feet and take that step back.
08:56Or that step forward.
08:58Yeah.
08:58Absolutely.
08:59He impressed me with finding the range that he likes.
09:03He doesn't strike me as a young fighter.
09:04He seems seasoned beyond his years now.
09:06We know why.
09:06Extensive amateur experience.
09:08And what I like about him, too, is that he chooses to come forward,
09:11and he will accidentally run into a few punches,
09:15but he chooses to put on a show and want to get a stoppage.
09:18Both fighters called this a big opportunity.
09:23Wilner Soto, 34 years old, also knows how important this fight would be for his career.
09:31Justin picked up on it.
09:33Pay attention to the feet, the footwork, the mobility of Gomez.
09:37It's solid.
09:40Yeah, like I said, he's extremely athletic,
09:42and he's really great upper body mobility as well.
09:46We've seen a lot of that.
09:48Soto backing Gomez up to the ropes, but Gomez showing off the defense.
09:53And Soto, even though he's throwing punches,
09:56he's not necessarily landing in those moments when he has Gomez with his back to the ropes.
10:00Well, I asked him yesterday at the fighter meetings,
10:02how does he like the pro game compared to the amateur?
10:04And he says that he loves pro because he really gets to walk forward
10:07and try and show off that inside game.
10:09And you can see how tight those elbows are in that guard
10:11and the way he's able to block and roll with those shots.
10:14That was gorgeous right there, backing up and staying defensively smart
10:18and then countering right there.
10:19You see there's a lot to like with this prospect, I think.
10:22Gomez was on the back foot, landed the counter right, got the attention of Soto,
10:27and now looking to build upon that as they trade in the center of the ring.
10:31Less than one minute to go in the third round.
10:34You can see when he's in that high guard, he keeps his eyes wide open on you,
10:37and he's reacting and trying to – he could mix in a little bit more feints
10:42as he continues to grow and kind of set up some more shots.
10:45But I'll tell you, he's got all the gifted tools.
10:50He changes direction very well, backs up and then forward.
10:55That's mixing it up, and that makes it tough to fight him.
10:58There's some quick left hands, right hands to the body by Gomez
11:01with less than 30 seconds to go in this third round.
11:04And switching up stance, yeah, he's not easy to handle.
11:07And works inside from either stance.
11:15Yeah, what you said about athleticism and all that,
11:18you know your stuff for a baseball player.
11:21Yeah, baseball players aren't quite as athletic as boxers.
11:24A little head control there.
11:26I threw that in because people don't know.
11:28They said they heard sportsmen, and they're like, oh, it's boxing.
11:31Baseball, too.
11:32Yes, baseball.
11:32Doosan family.
11:33Hello.
11:33Doosan family.
11:34My uncle played in the major leagues, Greg Goosen, and then obviously Father Tom's a promoter,
11:39and my uncle Joe Goosen, a trainer.
11:42Joe Goosen is a trainer.
11:43He is not with us tonight.
11:44Tom Brown is watching you tonight.
11:47He is the promoter.
11:48He is the PBC guy.
11:49He's very proud of you, I will say.
11:51Yeah, he's busy over in Las Vegas.
11:54Yeah, he's watching you, too, though.
11:55And let's take a look at the Gomez corner here, getting instructions.
12:01We've seen Gomez open up more, go to the body more.
12:05And you see Soto there choosing to stand between rounds.
12:08And what does that tell you?
12:10He's actually very tired.
12:12And this could be the last round.
12:14Counter logic in boxing a lot of the time, guys.
12:17You try to send a message.
12:19Karabatia on the call, joined by Justin Goosen-Brown and Michael Woods.
12:25We are coming to you live from Caribe Royale in Orlando, Florida.
12:28This is Box Lab Promotions, Night of Champions 11.
12:32Live on the zone.
12:33This is the first fight of our five-fight card.
12:36It's been a good one so far.
12:38Roberta Gomez is in the green trunks.
12:40Wilner Soto in the blue.
12:42And these guys are trading.
12:44And it does seem like Gomez has a couple skill advantages here, mainly size.
12:49We've seen some pop, some power, some defense.
12:51So Gomez is very comfortable here at Caribe Royale.
12:54Remember, he won his last five fights here.
12:57Yeah, this is home to him.
12:58And like I said, he's very aggressive.
13:00Now, maybe he's not too worried about what's coming back at him from Soto.
13:04But he does leave himself open for a few counters.
13:07But like I said, maybe he's okay with the power of Soto.
13:10And he's not too worried about it.
13:12Tell you what, I want to throw in a little props here for the Box Lab crew.
13:23They have really been lifting up boxing in Florida.
13:26You mentioned this the other day.
13:27I don't want to steal your thunder.
13:28But we've been living it.
13:30I love to come here.
13:31Love the fights they put on here.
13:3350-50 or 60-40.
13:35The matchmaking is excellent.
13:36So every time I've come here, the fights have delivered.
13:40Yep, and Gomez landed a good straight left in there.
13:43But, yes, Amari Piedra has done a great job.
13:46This is probably one of the most active venues in the United States, especially Florida, for high-level boxing.
13:50He's going to say that was behind the head.
13:52We'll see on this.
13:53Take a look at that.
13:54Gomez landed a couple big left hands.
13:57Referee Massimo Montini is going to call that a shot behind the head.
14:03He didn't give him any extra break, though, did he?
14:05He's like, all right, get right back to work.
14:07It happened, but get right back to work.
14:08All right.
14:09It's a tough sport we're in.
14:10Well, I'll tell you.
14:11See, Soto did this as well, I believe, in the Achmedalia fight, where he kind of will look for a way out when he kind of starts to feel it's not that way.
14:19I'm not saying it was.
14:20Some of those are going behind the head, but he is rolling into them.
14:23But the referee did not give him time.
14:27That was interesting.
14:29One minute to go in this round four.
14:33And, Michael, to your point, Box Lab Promotions, Amari Piedra here at Caribe Royale.
14:39It's become a little bit of a hotbed here for prospects.
14:42It's giving them a platform that they wouldn't normally have.
14:45Regular work.
14:45It's the beautiful thing, and they're comfortable here.
14:48The fans are getting to know them.
14:50And speaking of beautiful things, that was a beautiful uppercut from Gomez.
14:54It seems like he jumped a little bit at that punch, but he landed that one.
14:58He got it.
14:59It got a little bit of gloves, but there was a lot of thump on that one.
15:02He put his whole body in it.
15:03Soto is presenting himself to be hit right now.
15:06He is tired a little bit, and he is there to be hit.
15:09He is coming forward, almost offering himself.
15:12I feel like the fight is changing a little bit and not in his favor.
15:16Yeah, well, he can't really do what he wants to do.
15:19And he did land some good shots, and he sees that Gomez isn't affected by it.
15:23So he kind of sees the uphill battle he's facing right now.
15:27And, yeah, Gomez is just doing everything he wants to do pretty much right now.
15:31And that will bring us to the end of round four, and we're talking about some of the battles
15:39that Soto's been in over 42 professional fights, and that could lead to some of that
15:43scar tissue we talked about, the redness on the face.
15:46That's certainly not going to help, especially to the judges in terms of who's taking more
15:51damage as we close out round four.
15:53And especially not when Gomez keeps hitting him in there.
15:58And we will take a look at some of the action from that previous round four.
16:03What do you see here, guys?
16:05Well, you see right there he's in that southpaw stance, and he just shoots that straight left
16:09hand and a little bit of a push down there.
16:12I wouldn't say it was behind the head, but he definitely pushed him down.
16:16And there's that jumping left uppercut we spoke about.
16:20Yeah, and it was caught on the gloves, but it was still a lot of force in the punch.
16:24But, yeah, it's a good little – it just shows the different game that Gomez has.
16:29He has a lot of weapons to use.
16:31Tell you what, Mr. Soto, if he doesn't get stopped, can turn to me and say,
16:35shut up, Woods, I told you.
16:36Not getting stopped is a win for him, shall we say.
16:40So two more rounds, and Gomez, can you finish him off or no?
16:44We'll find out.
16:46And I think the jumping that we just saw in that replay, I think that just speaks to
16:51the energetic nature and the intensity for Gomez, right, and realizing what this opportunity is.
16:56Remember, he said once he got the call for this fight to be on the zone, he said yes in one second,
17:01knowing how big of an opportunity it was.
17:03It didn't matter who it was against.
17:05It didn't matter what it was.
17:05He knew that, hey, I want to be on the zone platform.
17:09I want to make a mark.
17:10I want to build my fan base.
17:11And so I think that just shows his eagerness there, right?
17:14He really wants to get this guy.
17:16And I think to Michael Woods' point, he would like to get a spectacular knockout here.
17:20And he's obviously going to try.
17:22And Soto is there to be hit.
17:23But he ain't being stupid about it at all.
17:26So props to him for that.
17:27Yeah.
17:27And if he wants that knockout, it doesn't seem like he's going to hit him with that one hitter quitter.
17:33He's probably going to just have to get him kind of buzzed and then finish with the final flurry
17:36where the ref is forced to wave it off.
17:39And, you know, he seems confident right now.
17:41He's more of a sniper.
17:43Yes.
17:44And I think he's still actually finding his power.
17:46I think he's a little bit young and not man strength, et cetera.
17:49I think his ceiling with his power could be higher than it is right now.
17:52There was a quick left hook that got through for Gomez, got the attention of Soto.
17:57And now Gomez switching it up again.
18:00He's on the back foot.
18:00He's moving.
18:02And so now Soto playing the role of aggressor or at least come forward fighter,
18:06not necessarily effective punching, but he is moving forward.
18:10See, Gomez could fight like that and win like that and not take punishment
18:13and be a less exciting fighter.
18:16Yes.
18:16That would be a temptation.
18:17Correct.
18:18But he is an aggressor in his mind.
18:21He landed a really good right uppercut in there, too.
18:23Exactly.
18:24He's choosing to do things like this now.
18:26Push the intensity.
18:27Push the action.
18:28Looking for openings.
18:29And he's working different angles.
18:31And now Soto is going to take a knee here.
18:35What was he complaining about there?
18:36Looks like he's holding his back.
18:38Yeah.
18:39Yeah.
18:39That's what Goosin said before.
18:41Referee Massimo Montanini is going to give him a count here.
18:46So that will be scored a knockdown here in round five.
18:50But you could see Soto was complaining, holding his back.
18:54Yeah.
18:54We'll see Gomez's killer instinct right now.
18:56Oh, there is blood in the water.
18:58There was a body shot.
18:59Again, Soto complaining, saying it was on the back.
19:05Lost a point here.
19:06Here comes Roberto Gomez.
19:08Yeah, and he's targeting it.
19:09Lightning quick shots to the body.
19:12Left hand upstairs.
19:15The crowd on their feet.
19:17Gomez has Soto in his sights.
19:26You know what I like about Gomez, too, is that for being, you know, very young, he's not allowing Soto to bully him at all.
19:33When Soto is trying to do that in there, he is strong on the inside.
19:36And what I said, I like his chill.
19:38Absolutely.
19:39I like that demeanor.
19:40Doesn't get ruffled at all.
19:42Soto's glove touched the canvas, but that was ruled a slip.
19:45But remember, already one knockdown been scored.
19:48Left hand upstairs for Gomez.
19:51Trying to finish the job with a few seconds to go.
19:53Big right hand for Gomez at the bell.
19:56But damage done.
19:57That will be a 10-8 round for Roberto Gomez.
20:01Roberto Gomez, confident in the corner.
20:22I'm going to say, upon being a several rounds now for Gomez, power is not A-plus grade.
20:29Let's take a look at some of Gomez's handiwork in round five.
20:34Good, but not great.
20:35Yeah, he's got enough power to sting it.
20:38That one did go a little bit low, but it was in the middle of a flurry.
20:43And, yeah, he was dominant the whole round, and he did the work that he needed to do.
20:47Now the question is, can he put enough volume to get Soto out of here?
20:50And here's the thing.
20:51Here's why I say it's still the upside on him.
20:54He can fight either way.
20:55He doesn't have to be that bomber.
20:57He's got the athletic skills for him.
20:59This week, when we spoke to Gomez, he said, I want to box and brawl and make the adjustments.
21:05And, guys, he's boxed, he's brawled, and he's made the adjustments.
21:09And this is the sixth and final round.
21:12Roberto Gomez in the green trunks.
21:14He's been dominant.
21:15He scored a knockdown last round.
21:16Wilmer Soto in the blue trunks.
21:19Karambati on the call, joined by Justin Goosenbrown and Michael Woods.
21:23This is our opening bout of our five-fight card on the zone.
21:26Box Lab Promotions, Knight of Champions.
21:28And it's been a good fight.
21:30Gomez certainly in control.
21:31And I think the question here, guys, is can Gomez finish the job here and get that knockout that he's looking for?
21:37Chances are our lesson now.
21:39Wilmer Soto has made it to here.
21:41And he has hung in tough with some decent guys and stayed in there.
21:45So I give props to him.
21:46Tell you what, what is this?
21:47This is a great learning experience.
21:49This is getting reps for Gomez.
21:52This is a good opportunity for him to just get better.
21:56Yep.
21:56And Soto knows that there's only two minutes left.
21:58He's got to make it through in this fight.
21:59And, yeah, I mean, because Gomez got to work on a lot of different things.
22:04Tonight he got to use his feet.
22:05He got to switch southpaw and righty a few different times.
22:08And really try and work on that inside game versus a strong, rough guy.
22:21Your family knows it, and you know it, Justin, bringing up fighters methodically, patiently.
22:28It appears to be what they do here at BoxLab.
22:30Yeah.
22:31You know, you need all that experience.
22:33You can't just kind of rush up to that top level without having enough tools in your tool bag
22:37because everybody is talented once you kind of rise up those ranks.
22:42Less than 90 seconds to go in the sixth and final round.
22:45And, Michael, to your point, that's what we want to see from our young fighters.
22:49BoxLab Promotions is providing that, right?
22:51No matter what, this is good work that Soto is providing.
22:55This is championship, you know, preparing him for future championship fights, for future contender fights, right?
23:01And that's what Gomez wants.
23:03He wants to get that experience so he can get to those higher and higher levels in the sport.
23:08And that's what Soto is providing here tonight.
23:10Well, I'll tell you what.
23:11We all know that knockouts sell tickets, but Soto's showboating like that sometimes.
23:15He's a fun fighter to watch.
23:17Even if he's not going to score the knockouts, he still is fun to watch.
23:20Correct.
23:22He has fun in there.
23:23He's loose.
23:25You see the head movement there for Gomez bouncing around.
23:29He's got a little over 30 seconds to work in the final round, and here comes Gomez.
23:36Soto with his back to the corner.
23:39Yo, if he doesn't stop Soto, I'm still going to give him a really high mark for this fight.
23:44But not an A-point.
23:47Yeah.
23:47You got to see the final bell, and he'll take that.
23:50Yep.
23:52Closing moments of this fight.
23:54Ten seconds to go.
23:58And there we see some of the kind of rough tactics we spoke about that sometimes happen to Soto in these fights.
24:06Gomez lifted him up.
24:07Soto went down.
24:07That is where to slip.
24:09But that will bring us to the end of our opening bout.
24:12And it was a dominant performance from that young man, Roberto Gomez, only 23 years old.
24:22And you see Wilner Soto there.
24:24He provided good work.
24:26He had some moments early on, especially in round one.
24:30But clearly the speed advantage and the power advantage were with the younger fighter in Gomez.
24:37Yeah, because once Gomez was able to really feel that timing and get his eyes, he had his eyes locked on him the whole time.
24:43And he was kind of adjusted to see what Soto was doing to him.
24:46But what I like about Gomez is that he never once, as Michael said, was flustered at all in this fight, especially versus, I mean, Soto had him in a few headlocks there.
24:56And you saw that at the end.
24:57He was very relaxed the whole time.
24:58Unflappable.
24:59He is on my watch list.
25:09Let's check out our punch of the match brought to you by Puncher's Chance Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey.
25:18Let's take a look at it here, guys.
25:21Big right hand there from Gomez.
25:24Left to the body.
25:25Left to the body.
25:29You can see that punch might have been a touch low, but that is when Soto is kind of bending over.
25:38But regardless, Gomez looked great tonight.
25:41And we expect this to be a unanimous decision victory for Roberto Gomez.
25:50The scorecards are in the hand of Mark Frato.
25:55That was a great opening bout.
25:56And let's get the official particulars.
26:01Let's throw it up to Mark Frato.
26:06All right, fight fans here in Orlando.
26:09Let's make some noise for these two warriors.
26:11Go in the distance all six rounds here in the center of the ring.
26:15We now go to the judges' scorecards, where David DeYoung, Efrain LeBron, and Shami Shipman each scored this contest 60 to 53.
26:27All three judges in favor of your winner by unanimous decision and still undefeated.
26:33From Dade City, Florida, Roberto Rivera Gomez.
26:42Roberto Gomez improves to 7-0.
26:49He wasn't able to get the knockout, but he did everything else.
26:53Scored a knock down.
26:55He was dominant wire to wire.
26:56And he made the most of his opportunity to be on this card.
