00:38Starting out quickly, Ritchie comes in.

00:41Both men making their pro debut.

00:44You know, Ritchie with the height, what he should do is just stay in the outside, keep jabbing.

00:51Yeah, Ritchie certainly has the reach on Wilson.

00:56Ritchie has said that, you know, he's been wanting this rematch for a while against Wilson.

01:06But just has never had it come to fruition.

01:11But now it's here.

01:13He's always wanted to redeem that loss he had in the bare-knuckle circuit to Wilson.

01:18Ritchie backs away as Wilson in the southpaw stands.

01:28Comes in, trying to get to the body.

01:32Now an uppercut lands beautifully for Ritchie there.

01:39Double jab by Ritchie now.

01:41Into the body is Wilson.

01:46Ritchie backs away.

01:49How difficult is it, Gabe, when you're fighting someone that you have a good, familiar background with,

01:57where you spar numerous rounds together, you've, you know, maybe you've had a previous fight in the amateur ranks,

02:03and then you go back, you know, how, how much do you take into account those sessions?

02:08You know, I fought a few guys that I came up with in the beginning of sparring.

02:14And when we fought, man, it was, it was a war.

02:17Because you know so much about yourself, about each other.

02:20So, you know, it tends to be a high-intense fight.

02:25You can kind of see that already playing out as both guys, very determined, focused.

02:30Wilson, with that looping shot, just missed.

02:33Ritchie's been able to land a couple of nice combinations thus far.

02:37And, you know, he's certainly been one that, when we spoke, he was wanting to get that defeat back.

02:44You know, it means something to these guys, even though they're both got clean professional records on the boxing circuit.

02:53You know, it still counts for them that, that loss.

02:57And for Wilson, that win.

03:00And Wilson now, and now shouting at Ritchie, he's a runner.

03:06Well, look, it's too early for Ritchie to be, you know, filling himself.

03:12It's only the first round.

03:15Ritchie tried to punch Wilson when he had him in the hat box there.

03:21As round one comes to the close, he's smiling, but gets a warning from the referee, so has to be careful.

03:26But as you see, already a little bit of back and forth between both men.

03:44As you take a look at some of the highlights there, both guys were tangled up a few times.

04:12Good jab there from Wilson.

04:17This is where Wilson was yelling and calling Ritchie a runner.

04:20Ritchie just certainly didn't like that.

04:22But as a fighter, you've got to fight your game.

04:24You know, you can't allow your opponent to dictate how you're going to fight.

04:28Yeah, you know, and I think Ritchie, you know, he boxed smart in that first round, keeping his distance.

04:35Ooh, nice left hook right there by Wilson.

04:37Certainly knocked Ritchie back there.

04:39Now Wilson showing the power.

04:43Ritchie certainly needs a straight back.

04:45And now Wilson puts Ritchie down.

04:47What a big sequence there for Wilson.

04:59And Wilson, the little bit of added animosity there standing over Ritchie here.

05:19Ritchie has certainly got to be careful here.

05:22That was a good body shot right there by Wilson, too.

05:25You know, what's working for Wilson is when he rolls and gets really low, and when he comes back up, he throws a hook.

05:30And I think he needs to go back to that, that bob and weave really low and come back with a shot.

05:36He certainly was able to catch Ritchie as he got another quick right hook.

05:41Lands, stops Ritchie in his tracks there.

05:50And Wilson, you know, he's got no problem talking to everybody around him during the fight.

05:58Wilson got to get a little more active, though, you know.

06:00Straight left knocks Ritchie back there.

06:04That left hand finding a home.

06:10Now Ritchie comes forward.

06:13He's starting to see Ritchie being a little bit more cautious when he's coming in now.

06:17He's coming in very aggressive to start, but those last couple sequences certainly making him think twice.

06:58Ritchie's got a lot of ground to make up here, especially with this being a four-round fight.

07:07You know, he's walking Wilson back.

07:09And he's letting his combinations go.

07:11He's just got to watch out for that big right hook.

08:15Again, very focused, spoke to him this week, saying that he expects to win tonight.

08:23He knows not a lot of people, if any, are picking him to beat the Bronx Bomber.

08:28But he's got the belief, can he get it done?

08:39And here we go, as we resume the action.

08:47Wilson's looked really well, and as he'll get another left hook, stuns Richie, stopped him in his tracks.

08:59Now he presses forward with the straight left now.

09:06Little off balance here to start the third round.

09:15Wilson's got good explosive power.

09:17You see when he times it up, he's able to catch Richie as Richie, once again, continues to look at the ref, thinking some of the shots are low.

09:28Yeah, Wilson puts a lot of steam on the shots because he rose, and he's putting a lot of leverage into the punch.

09:36And there's that straight left by Wilson, backing Richie up.

09:48Richie backs away as Wilson continues to creep forward.

09:53All the power shots and the significant strikes have been landed by Wilson.

10:01Richie has got to find a way to make Wilson respect the power.

10:06Another left hook, stuns Richie, I guess.

10:15And now Wilson, you can see, he's closing the distance.

10:21That's a left hook from Richie, but backs Richie up with the counter.

10:34He's starting to pour it on here in this third round.

10:45Leaps forward, now tackles the body of Richie.

11:01You know, using that jab, using, doing some combinations.

11:06Yeah, Richie's still trying to stay with, stay in it against Wilson.

11:15Another right hand just missed by Richie as Wilson's looking for that uppercut.

12:19Particularly some of the highlights from that third round there's that

12:22Overhand right that connected for Wilson to start and then followed it up with that straight left

12:27Yeah, he had Ricky hurt bad in that round, but you know props to Ricky he was able to make some adjustments and survive the round

12:36And you can tell Richie's a gamer. I mean he is

12:39not looking to go away quietly, but

12:43The way it's looking Gabe, he's probably gonna need a finish, you know, if he wants to win this one

12:50And Wilson comes out blazing

12:52I think this is my thought Wilson

12:59Wilson's going toe-to-toe connects with that left hook on Richie Richie stop again

13:09Wilson with the determination and lands a huge right foot there again

13:14Wilson my goodness, what a way to start this final round

13:26But I like I like how Wilson started the round because you know Richie kind of ended the last round

13:31You know solid I don't think he won the round, but you know Wilson went right back at him

13:36Off the rip and he certainly caught Richie off guard. I don't think Richie expected

13:42Wilson to come out that way to start the fourth

13:46But now does Wilson have the energy to finish the round?

13:58Going back and forth there's not another solid body shot from Wilson

14:06Richie does not want to give an inch though

14:09Leaning on Wilson. Yeah, which is hurt man. He's bleeding on them. His legs are out

14:18Now Wilson, I think it'd be good for Wilson to sit down on the body shot right now

14:23And he was looking at for that body right there when he was just countered by Richie

14:29Richie with a solid jab as you could see Richie breathing very heavy

14:40Now presses forward with the double jab but was loud of range

17:08But still great respect for a guy that he's been familiar with for years
