00:00It appears that Devil Wears Prada 2 is around the corner in a six-second clip posted to TikTok July 21st.

00:07Anne pops into the frame while brushing her teeth.

00:09While the footage may not seem notable at first, fans of the 2006 movie were quick to notice that her look,

00:15her hair down while wearing a button-up shirt under a cerulean sweater,

00:18was a reference to an iconic scene from the original film.

00:21What you don't know is that that sweater is not just blue, it's not turquoise, it's not lapis, it's actually cerulean.

00:29And you're all so blithely unaware of the fact that in 2002, Oscar de la Renta did a collection of cerulean gowns.

00:36And then I think it was Yves Saint Laurent, wasn't it, who showed cerulean military jackets?

00:41I think we need a jacket here.

00:43And then cerulean quickly showed up in the collections of eight different designers.

00:47And then it filtered down through the department stores and then trickled on down into some tragic casual corner

00:55where you no doubt fished it out of some clearance bin.

00:58And the suspicions were confirmed by the 42-year-old captioning her post,

01:02heading to work with the hashtag DWP2 for Devil Wears Prada 2,

01:08seemingly announcing that filming for the highly anticipated sequel has begun.
