I don't find it easy, but I forced myself to do some things.

But there are some things that I still find really difficult.

I have a brother, this 81, who lives in a community with people his own age.

And they're all told to access the doctor online, make an appointment online.

They can't do it. They get sent text messages.

Many, many people don't know what's going on.

They hit the wrong key, as I do sometimes.

And it would be nice to have phones that were a lot simpler.

I mean, I used email from its outset because I worked at university.

But a lot of the technology now has moved on so swiftly

that it's just impossible to keep up to date with it.

I mean, I think even some youngsters have really difficult to keep up.
