00:01And it's lights out, and away we go. It's Verstappen ahead of Norris, Perez ahead of Hamilton,

00:05and Perez closes off the threat of Hamilton, and into Turn 1 we go.

00:09Lock up behind, but Max Verstappen's through safely, as is Norris, Perez,

00:12and then comes Bottas and Hamilton, and they're making up places already.

00:16Hamilton ahead then of Bottas, Gasly has just dropped back a little bit as well,

00:20and towards Turn 3 we go now. Max Verstappen in the lead from Norris, and then Perez,

00:25then comes Hamilton, Bottas on the inside of Gasly,

00:27Sonoda on the inside of Stroll, and they look to go through safely the Top 10.

00:32Yeah, and Hamilton's putting pressure on, Perez heading down to Turn 4.

00:35Is he going to get it done? He's going to go the long way round.

00:37Who's going to get the lack of downforce as they get in there?

00:39And Perez making his car as wide as possible. Bottas just staying in front of Gasly as well.

00:43And we've got a safety car as everything now slows down.

00:48He gets to Turn 3, he's the filling in a sandwich, and Giovinazzi clips his front right.

00:54And now we can get away, and they're all trying to hunt for that slipstream, aren't they?

00:58And Perez is going to try and go round the outside of Lando Norris.

01:02Oh, and they almost touch as Perez has to go wide.

01:05And now he's got the upper hand as they make their way towards Turn 3.

01:08Verstappen leads. Norris then in second place. Perez is trying to fight back.

01:12Hamilton and Bottas getting involved as well. On the inside, there goes Lando Norris.

01:17Bottas has to pull out before he hits Sergio Perez. And the two Mercedes, well, swapping places there.

01:22Bottas got himself into a bit of a pickle, but he has come out on top and ahead of his teammate.

01:28Sergio Perez now, Turn 4, trying to go the long way round the outside.

01:32His jaw continues with Lando Norris as he now goes on to the gravel.

01:36And he loses six or seven places as a result of that.

01:40That was not what Perez needed. He's down to tenth.

01:43Where was Perez? How much space did he have? Was he running onto the green?

01:46He's in there, isn't he? He's definitely in there, but I want to see hard racing.

01:50Hamilton. Five-second penalty for Lando Norris for forcing another driver off the track.

01:57Lando Norris in second place at the moment under pressure from Lewis Hamilton going into Turn 3.

02:02He won't have been told about that penalty yet, but he could get the double whammy here on lap 20 of being overtaken by Hamilton

02:09and getting a penalty as well because Hamilton is going to dive down the inside at Turn 4.

02:14And maybe Norris' tyres are going off a little bit because Hamilton had that move done an awful lot earlier than he might have been expecting.

02:23So box, box, box. Follow Norris.

02:25If you box, you're boxing. Otherwise, stay out.

02:27But, of course, they have to wait five seconds because of that penalty that he picked up for forcing Sergio Perez off the road.

02:33And because of that penalty, well, Valtteri Bottas has managed to jump Lando Norris in the pit stops.

02:39We're on board now with the Mexican driver.

02:43Is he going to try and make a move around the outside at Turn 4?

02:46Here he comes.

02:47You can see the Scarlet Ferrari and they touch and this time it's Leclerc that goes off into the gravel.

02:52Banging wheels.

02:53Sergio Perez and Charles Leclerc.

02:55And Leclerc has lost out big time.

02:57Sergio Perez has a five-second time penalty for forcing another driver off the track.

03:03There goes Leclerc out of Turn 3. Got a much better exit than Sergio Perez.

03:09And after Perez picked up a five-second penalty at this corner a few laps ago, Leclerc is going to be going for it again.

03:16And Leclerc is going around the outside again, but this time he's not quite close enough.

03:19Tries to get Perez on the exit.

03:21This is going to carry on to Turn 5 and 6 as well because there's nothing to separate these two cars.

03:26Round the outside goes Charles Leclerc.

03:28You don't overtake there. Round the outside and that's why Leclerc goes off.

03:32Leclerc goes off into the gravel and for the second time try to overtake Sergio Perez loses ground by heading into the gravel.

03:46Perez has got a five-second penalty for forcing Schauw Leclerc off the track.

03:54So, Lewis has damaged. Do not raise it for now. We will review.

03:59That's where Hamilton might have got his damage.

04:01You don't want to go across those sausage curbs too often.

04:04And here goes Valtteri Bottas on the inside of Lewis Hamilton,

04:09moves up into second place.

04:11Hamilton doesn't want to lose too much pace here,

04:14so he doesn't want to slow down because he's,

04:16he can see Lando Norris right behind him.

04:18Bottas then is free to go off and race into the distance in second place.

04:24It's DRS for the Mercedes and for the McLaren.

04:27The McLaren's getting closer here and with a decent exit

04:31and a decent run towards Hamilton,

04:33Turn 4 could get very interesting indeed.

04:35Verstappen leads, Bottas is second.

04:37This is the battle for the final podium place

04:40and Lando Norris is going to try around the outside.

04:42He's almost off the track as he does it

04:44and Lewis Hamilton gets a decent enough exit to keep the McLaren at bay.

04:49But here comes Norris again.

04:50This time it's the inside at Turn 6.

04:53Lando Norris has got Lewis Hamilton

04:55and he moves back up into the podium places.

04:59Alonso, really good traction out of Turn 3.

05:02He's a lot closer to George Russell to make the move towards Turn 4.

05:06Russell will try and defend,

05:07but I think he knows that it is a hopeless task

05:10because Fernando Alonso could get the move done

05:12way before they got to the corner.

05:15Carlos Sainz trying to get sixth place.

05:18Sainz has been making his way through the field.

05:20Oh, he's got the job done on Daniel Ricciardo.

05:22Carlos Sainz puts his Ferrari up into sixth place

05:26and that will be very good news indeed for Ferrari

05:29in their fight with McLaren in the Constructors' Championship.

05:32The Dutch fans have come to Austria to see him win again.

05:36They came, they saw, he conquered, Max Verstappen wins the Austrian Grand Prix.

05:43And once again, he's crushed the opposition at the Red Bull Ring.

05:48It's going to be Valtteri Bottas for Mercedes coming home in second place

05:53and a timely second place finish for a man who likes a podium here in Austria.

05:57Lando Norris started on the front row, picks up another podium.

06:02That's podium at number four for Lando Norris.

06:05He comes home third ahead of Lewis Hamilton.

06:08There was a bit of an incident on the last lap.

06:11I think Vettel getting involved here as well in Raikkonen and Russell, obviously.

06:15Good friends, former teammates.

06:17And they might want to have a little chat about that at the end of this race.

06:20I wonder if Raikkonen has just been caught off guard.

06:22I don't think Vettel did anything wrong there, to be honest.

06:25No.

06:26Max Verstappen and Red Bull have taken it to Mercedes

06:30and they come away from this triple header

06:33with now an extended lead in both championships.

06:37How crucial will these last three races be by the time we get to Abu Dhabi?

06:42At the moment, Mercedes don't have the answer to Red Bull and to Max.
