00:00The Brew Crew and the M's square off this week in the Pacific Northwest.

00:04George Kirby gets the start today for Seattle.

00:06Brennan Woodruff on the other side for the Brew Crew.

00:09The Mariners a minus 130 home money line favorite over under is 11.

00:14No way Milwaukee makes this 11 straight today in the Northwest, right?

00:19It's going to be tough. It is.

00:20George Kirby, analytics love him.

00:22He's fifth on the card today.

00:23He's got a 3.31 XFIP numbers last 60 days.

00:26He's been at 54 innings pitched here and also a 10 game, excuse me, started 10 games,

00:3154 innings pitched there and left with that 3.31 XFIP number, which is really good.

00:36But if you look at the last 30 days for George Kirby, 91 batters, he's face bent.

00:39Here's what we like to look at.

00:40Strikeout rate, very good, 25%.

00:42Walk rate, very low, under 5%.

00:44ISO against 048.

00:46Weighted on base percentage against a 205.

00:48That is fantastic.

00:49But you know what we're starting to see now?

00:51And I joked about it before.

00:52Like, hey, everybody just knows Kristen Yellich.

00:54If you just look at statistics over the past month in baseball against right-handed pitching,

00:59the Brewers are on absolute fire.

01:01Terrain, great numbers.

01:02Yellich, great numbers.

01:03Vaughn, great numbers.

01:04Collins, great numbers.

01:05Durbin, Perkins, and Ortiz.

01:07Like, this is a lineup and doesn't strike out all that much.

01:09Now, the question's going to be, what are we getting out of Brandon Woodruff, who in the

01:13past was like, yeah, this is a guy you can count on.

01:15But we only have 38 batters this season that he's faced.

01:18His ISO against is a 237.

01:20His K rate is 47%.

01:23Now, granted, that's only 38 batters that he's faced, but 19 or so, give or take.

01:28Let's round up to 50%.

01:29That's incredible at this point here.

01:31And you look at the lineup, which sometimes leaves a lot to be desired.

01:34Probably leaning more towards an under in this spot here.

01:36But I got to tell you, you look at these two lineups.

01:39They have good numbers against right-handed pitching.

01:41But usually for me, I'm going to weigh the pitching weighs out over the actual results.

01:46But also, Woodruff, I'm not buying into just yet.

01:49Minus 130, I think there's a good chance that that streak gets broken tonight.

01:53And certainly, George Kirby is going to be a big part of that.

01:55But I love what I see out of that Brewers lineup here over the past 30 days.
