00:00On May 23, 2017, a barrel filled with explosives accidentally fell from a freight train,

00:05landing squarely in the middle of the tracks. At that very moment, another train was barreling

00:09toward the same location at high speed. The engineer noticed something unusual ahead and

00:14slammed on the brakes. Sparks flew from the wheels as they screeched against the rails.

00:18But despite his desperate efforts, the train couldn't stop in time. It struck the explosive

00:22barrel head-on. The collision triggered a massive explosion. The force of the blast

00:26ripped through the train, causing it to derail and overturn. Out of control, it smashed into a

00:31nearby bridge and tumbled down onto the highway below. The disaster unfolded in mere seconds.

00:36Vehicles traveling normally on the road below had no warning. The impact from the multi-ton train

00:40crushed several cars on the spot, triggering a cascade of rear-end collisions. The highway was

00:45instantly thrown into chaos. The scene was devastating. But it wasn't over yet. Elsewhere,

00:49another train was speeding dangerously fast. As it approached a sharp bend in the tracks,

00:54the driver failed to slow down. The train flew off the rails, overturned, and skidded forward,

00:58directly toward a major highway. On the road, a truck driver saw the looming disaster. He barely

01:03had time to react before the derailed train slammed into his vehicle. The truck, loaded with tons of

01:07timber, was knocked over instantly. Cars behind him, traveling at high speed, couldn't break in time,

01:12and crashed into the wreckage. Within half a minute, dozens of vehicles were involved in a chain

01:17reaction crash. The financial damage was enormous, and the human toll even greater. Investigators later

01:22determined the speeding train driver was fully responsible for the catastrophe. But the series

01:26of disasters didn't end there. Not far from the crash site, a private car suddenly veered into the

01:31wrong lane, forcing a tanker truck to swerve in order to avoid a collision. In doing so, the truck

01:35lost control and careened off the road, straight onto a railroad crossing below. The tanker, carrying

01:40hundreds of tons of oil, overturned and came to rest directly on the tracks. Moments later, another train

01:45roared toward the crossing. The engineer had no chance to break in time. The result was catastrophic.

01:50The collision caused a massive explosion. The blast was so powerful, it could be heard more than 10

01:55kilometers away. The tanker driver at the epicenter was killed instantly. The driver of the car who

02:00caused the incident fled the scene, but authorities are already in pursuit. The hunt is on, and justice
