How did the audience react when StephenColbert announced the end of The Late Show after 33 years? Entertainment reporter Stephanie Takyi explains.

00:06Well, there was lots of boos and a lot of shock and a lot of surprises in that audience.

00:19Before Stephen Colbert, it was David Letterman.

00:21So, you know, this is a show that's always had high ratings.

00:25It's done very well in the evening.

00:27So it's come as a complete shock.

00:30You know, you know, there's always that saying that if it's not broke, you don't have to fix it.

00:35Obviously, CBS are saying that this is more of a financial decision.

00:39But I think a lot of people at home are still quite surprised at why they will be axing one of their beloved shows.
