00:06She rescued more or less 70 enslaved people, and she was regarded as the Moses of her people.

00:14Born Araminta Ross in March 1822, Harriet Tubman, an armed scout and spy for the Union

00:19Army, was an American societal objector and eradicator.

00:22A radical and broad-minded activist in the pressured group for women's suffrage, Tubman

00:27had wrought by conceptualizing a daring mission because of her personal experience that there

00:31was a time in her childhood she's also a victim of slavery and she was fleeing from

00:35enslavement.

00:36It could also be accepted as true that Tubman impulses for saving slaves were inspired by

00:41her encounter during her childhood in which she had experienced a traumatic life as she

00:45was thrashed and tapped until she endured a painful and harrowing head wound.

00:50An excruciating hypersomnia had occurred throughout her life.

00:54The era, it was during the American Civil War, and as Tubman succeeded, every step and

01:00every move she had made created a linking with the Underground Railroad, a communal name

01:04of anti-slavery activists in which she had set connections as well as for the safe houses
