01:21The following points have been agreed to for a cease-fire, to guarantee security and the complete integration of the province into the Syrian state,
01:31an immediate halt to all military operations, the commitment of all parties to cease any escalation or attack against security forces and their checkpoints,
01:39and a return of army units to their barracks.
01:41Just whether or not that cease-fire will hold remains to be seen.
01:49A previous truce announced on Tuesday rapidly fell apart, and another Druze leader has already disavowed the new agreement.
