00:00Some Missouri deadlines for some, it just looks like, I mean, I don't know what to call red tape, but some clerical issues potentially give us the latest.
00:08Yeah, so yesterday was the deadline for the applications for two untethered licenses in Missouri.
00:14Now, you'll recall that, you know, Missourians went to the ballot box in November and said, yep, let's have sports betting.
00:22And that included tethered licenses for the 13 riverboat casinos in the state and the six professional teams.
00:29But also the Missouri Gaming Commission has the right to allocate two untethered licenses.
00:35Kind of the thought back then was that those were hopeful inclusion by DraftKings and FanDuel.
00:43And they certainly spent a lot of money, over $40 million on that ballot initiative.
00:48So, you know, take that, you know, and read into that what you might.
00:51But now with that deadline pass, those are the only two applicants for that untethered license, untethered licenses, FanDuel and DraftKings.
01:02So I think those will be awarded. We know those will be awarded on August 15th.
01:06So we got another month before we know officially who's getting those licenses.
01:10But those are the two applicants. We also know Underdog has applied.
01:13And so that was, you know, they're in one state. They have a license in Ohio as well.
01:19They're active in North Carolina. So this will be their third state to potentially be licensed in.
01:25The rest of those licenses, the 13 riverboat casino tethered license and the six sports teams license applications are due next month.
01:33If they want to launch on that December 1st launch date that has been confirmed by the regulators there in Missouri.
01:41So, yeah, we're just kind of cruising along here in the show me state to get live.
01:47And sure, it is not the fastest rollout we've seen, as we've seen plenty of states get, you know, passed in the legislature in the spring and then launch by the beginning of the football season.
01:56That's not happening here, but we'll see as, you know, we might get some more updates tomorrow as well because, you know, I'm sorry.
02:04I've got a lot of deadlines to get through there in Missouri.
02:06We had the public comment period on the rules that, you know, were open the last month.
02:11That deadline has passed for written comments.
02:14Tomorrow is a public hearing on the rules.
02:16So you'll see a lot of the stakeholders in the industry come around, try to make minor changes to the rules and things like that.
02:23So that'll be fun.
02:24And we might get updates from regulators in terms of specific launch things or license applications and things like that.
02:31So we'll have more on that for you on Monday, Craig.
