00:11Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán claimed last week that Josef Sebastian, a 45-year-old ethnic Hungarian from Ukraine's Transkabathia region was beaten to death for refusing to join the Ukrainian army.
00:24The Ukrainian authorities have firmly denied the allegations. According to the Ukrainian military, Sebastian's mobilization was lawful and he died.
