00:00Thank you very much for joining us.
00:02The Palestinian foreign minister was appalled at Europe's inability to take action against Israel,
00:08despite a recent EU report stating Tel Aviv is in breach of human rights obligations.
00:14Shocking and disappointing because everything is crystal clear.
00:19I mean, there's an EU report that clearly stated that Israel has been violating 38, 38 violations.
00:30We're indicated in that report, and it's an EU report.
00:33And yet, there was a failure on agreeing to take actual measures.
00:40And these measures are very important because to deter wrongdoing, you need to take measures.
00:47Talking to Euronews, Varsan Shaheen also denounced that the agreement between Europe and Israel
00:51for the resumption of humanitarian aid in Gaza is not working.
00:55If we look at the last week since the agreement was made, we see more killings of people.
01:03We see people killed at the queuing points.
01:08We see children brutally murdered while in tents awaiting medical care from another tent.
01:15So these are the kinds of questions that need to be asked today and asked in a very serious manner.
01:21When asked about the report saying that Hamas was profiting from humanitarian aid,
01:26the minister did not deny it, defending the previous humanitarian distribution system.
01:32Look, there are conflicting reports on this.
01:35But regardless, whatever is being offered in Gaza is not meeting the needs of the Gazans.
01:41There was a modality in the past, and that modality was working
01:45because the international organizations were distributing the aid.
01:50And they had like 300 points of distribution.
01:54Today we have a new modality with four points of distribution.
01:57Invariably, you will have crowds, massive numbers of people queuing to get food.
02:04And under such circumstances, you are putting people in a risk of harm.
02:10You can catch the full interview on Euronews.
02:13I think all countries...
