00:02The Palestinian foreign minister was appalled at Europe's inability to take action against Israel,

00:08despite a recent EU report stating Tel Aviv is in breach of human rights obligations.

00:14Shocking and disappointing because everything is crystal clear.

00:19I mean, there's an EU report that clearly stated that Israel has been violating 38, 38 violations.

00:30We're indicated in that report, and it's an EU report.

00:33And yet, there was a failure on agreeing to take actual measures.

00:40And these measures are very important because to deter wrongdoing, you need to take measures.

00:47Talking to Euronews, Varsan Shaheen also denounced that the agreement between Europe and Israel
