00:03Give me at least one key here for Royal Portrush this week.
00:06All right, Mike, I'll give you all three of Keith's keys for this week.
00:10The first one has got to be approach acumen.
00:12You know, you look at that top 10 from back in 2019,
00:15which, by the way, there, Cam, Terrell Hatton, he was sixth, right?
00:19But you look at all those names, Hatton, Lowry, Fleetwood, Brooks, Finau,
00:23those guys are all flushers of the golf ball, right?
00:26They are absolutely spot on when it comes to approach play,
00:29long iron, short iron play.
00:31Those guys can flight it.
00:32They can control spin.
00:33You've got to be able to do that this week.
00:34The second thing is, is the ground game.
00:36I love the guys that played good at Oakmont
00:38because you had to be good there hitting spots that were away from the flag.
00:42And it's a hard thing to do.
00:44It sounds easy, but it's a hard thing to do to change your attention
00:46and try to hit towards a blank space
00:48and then know that the ground is going to take care of the rest of that shot.
00:51And then the third thing is, is that, you know,
00:54they don't do the open pictures with the ball dropping in the rough
00:58and the fescue because people are normal over there in Europe.
01:01They don't do it as much as they do over here.
01:02Our fans do and our content contributors do.
01:04But the fact of the matter is, is that that fescue over there
01:08is going to annihilate some people.
01:09It took care of Rory in one hole last time.
01:12So, you know, I love the guys that can hit it down the middle.
01:15Look at, again, look at that top 10, Fleetwood, Lowry, you know, Finau.
01:20I mean, these guys, these guys are a stripe show.
01:22So, you know, those would be my keys for the week.
01:25And that's who I'm building around.
01:27So, first and foremost, it makes sense that we're all on Jon Rahm.
01:30I mean, this guy is the prototype U.S. Open player.
01:33Hit fairways, hit greens, incredible ball striker.
01:35And I also think in the wind, it doesn't hurt to have a little girth, right?
01:39Look at Lowry.
01:40You know, like he was able, I think it's important to be strong.
01:44And I mean, physically strong.
01:45I mean, the ability to hit shots out of tough lies and to play well.
01:49I think one of the most fantastic feats that I saw last year was Jon Rahm coming out of the bad wave at Troon and finishing T7 in that Open.
01:59I mean, one major earlier, he was running around in like a Cam Stewart sandal, right?
02:04And he withdrew from Pinehurst.
02:05And he comes back in the bad wave.
02:07And he does that.
02:08I love him.
02:09And the other guy is Matt Fitzpatrick.
02:11His best finish in an Open championship.
02:13His best finish in an Open championship.
02:15You didn't take him.
02:17You didn't take him.
02:18Oh, I had him last week.
02:20Oh, Keith, you're right about a lot of things, though.
02:22Matt Fitzpatrick, if he could just roll it.
02:25Like, this guy actually played great last week.
02:27He could have – he was actually good on the par fives, too.
02:29Keith, I know he's going to be on my card, but I don't want a Sunday letdown.
02:32I can't take it anymore.
02:34Well, three weeks ago at the Rocket, I agree-o, didn't have him at the John Deere.
02:39Two weeks ago at the John Deere, I had got her up.
02:41I can't do it again, Cam.
02:42I got to pick somebody from last week's card.
02:44And Fitz is the guy.
02:46And because Fitz is ball striking insanely, and the putter was horrible, right?
02:50And my contention last week at the Scottish was that he was going to go back to the fescue greens that he grew up on over there in the United Kingdom, and he putt better.
02:58Well, he did putt better.
02:59He didn't putt great, but he putt much better.
03:02And the ball striking has been absolutely exquisite.
03:04You put those two things together, and I think him at 50-to-1, look at those guys around 50-to-1.
03:10Patrick Cantley's not walking through that door cam, okay?
03:13Matt Fitzpatrick could win this thing along with John Rahm.
03:16Also, I'm not going to –
03:17Quickly, Carver, Matt Fitzpatrick got up and down from everywhere last week, too.
03:21Keith Wright, like his wedge game was great.
03:24Like he was in like 70, 80 feet away.
03:26Just hit a couple putts and keep it down the middle.
03:28He'll definitely be there.
03:30I'm not going to lie.
03:31I picked up a 90-to-1 Matthew Fitzpatrick a little while back.
03:36So I have a 90-to-1 Matthew Fitzpatrick for the Open Championship.
03:41And it wasn't too long ago either.
03:43A couple days ago even.
03:45Johnny Knuckles, 90-to-1.
03:47Just for full disclosure here, I'm on John Rahm as well.
03:51But for the sake of us not all having the same guy on all four of our graphics,
03:55even though everyone's on John Rahm anyway, I didn't put him on my graphic.
03:58I did put the Irish Bear.
04:00Now, look, this is more of a sentimental play.
04:03This guy's been burning me a lot this year.
04:05I think he's more of a fast starter this year than a good finisher.
04:08We've seen that.
04:09I think the week off last week will help him.
04:11And when I saw him at 20-to-1 last week, I wasn't going to play him.
04:14I said to myself, wow, I'm actually not going to play Shane Lowry at the Open Championship.
04:18Dropped down in the 30s at a few spots.
04:20Now I'm in.
04:20So Shane Lowry.
04:21And how about Sepp Straka in the 60s?
04:24Yes, sir.
04:25Accurate driver of the golf ball.
04:28Can putt a little bit.
04:29Has won a signature event this year.
04:30Multiple-time winner.
04:32Teeth's shaking the head.
04:33He don't like Seppi this week.
04:35No good for Seppi.
04:37What weekend has he played in a major this year, Mike?
