Transcript
00:00Tiramisu literally means pick me up and that's exactly what Mateo did during lockdown.
00:07He began a tiramisu delivery service.
00:11Quickly his business, now called Paradiso Tiramisu, popped off and he ended up doing
00:18tiramisu full-time at markets, fairs, stalls.
00:22He even acquired his own tiramisu kitchen at Kellam Island in Sheffield.
00:27But now the young 30-year-old entrepreneur hopes to open the first tiramisu shop and cafe here in Yorkshire.
00:37He says it will be like a gelateria but for tiramisu, so a tiramisu-eria.
00:43He's also raising money to be able to refit the shop and he needs £9,000 to get the shop up to scratch on Sharrowvale Road in Sheffield.
00:54Here are his plans.
