00:04signaling a shift in his administration's stance toward Russia.
00:08But the European Union is paying for it. We're not paying anything for it.
00:12But we will send it. It'll be business for us.
00:14And we will send them Patriots, which they desperately need,
00:19because Putin really surprised a lot of people.
00:22He talks nice and then he bombs everybody in the evening.

00:30Trump did not specify the number of Patriot-surfaced air missile systems to be delivered.
00:34The move comes after the White House announced a pause on weapons deliveries to Ukraine in early July.

00:44with peace negotiations and planned ceasefires falling through.
00:48Trump is expected to make a further announcement on weapons deliveries within the next 24 hours.
