00:07but he now thinks it looks like it might finally happen.
00:11The Department for Transport announced on Tuesday, July 8,
00:15that the project to reopen the railway between Bristol and Portishead,
00:19which closed in 1964, would get the government investment needed to go ahead after a decades-long campaign.
00:26Council leader Mike Bell hailed it as a landmark moment.
