The W.H. Smith name is disappearing from many high streets as it changes its name to TG Jones. Which shop do you miss most, and why?
Transcript
00:00Debenhams were amazing and all those big stores were great and now they've gone and they don't
00:07like shopping online. I remember a shop called Rawcliffs which was a sports shop and I always
00:12used to look at window at the football strips and I really want one but I think they were a bit out
00:17of our price range when I was a kid but that's the main one that I miss. I used to walk past
00:23probably in the sort of 1980s really. I don't know when it shut down but I don't think it's there
00:28anymore. Wilco's were great. You've got all them stalls now. They've gone, haven't they? They're no good.
00:35But Louise's, as me, we grew up as a kid and your mum took you in there and they're quite posh. Ended up
00:42looking at all the places like that. Even markets are different. When you look at them, well I can
00:49clearly remember going into Leeds Market and watching a guy juggling plates, selling them all
00:55and it was amazing. I'm mesmerising. He never once dropped him.
