00:11Mr. President, Marissa, I'm up here with CBS News Texas.

00:14Several families we've heard from are obviously upset because they say that those warnings,

00:19those alerts didn't go out in time, and they also say that people could have been saved.

00:23What do you say to those families?

00:25Well, I think everyone did an incredible job under the circumstances.

00:29This was, I guess Christy said, a one in 500, one in 1,000 years,

00:33and I just have admiration for the job that everybody did.

00:38It was just admiration.

00:42Only a bad person would ask a question like that, to be honest with you.

00:51I think this has been heroism.

00:53This has been incredible, really.

00:55The job you've all done, it's easy to sit back and say,

00:58oh, what could have happened here or there, you know?

01:11I've never seen anything like this.

01:13So I admire you and I consider you heroes and heroine.

01:22And I think you've done an amazing job.
