00:17Now her boyfriend, Jay Cohen, is speaking out after her tragic passing.

00:21The talent agent shares a health milestone on Instagram July 10,

00:24and in the comments section, one follower asks Cohen if he could talk about Michelle.

00:30In his first public remark about his late love, Jay kindly responds that the time isn't right,

00:35saying, one day soon, I'm very sorry.

00:38And after another user criticized the initial follower for asking Jay to open up about such a personal topic,

00:47Michelle was loved by so many.

00:50Trachtenberg was found unconscious and unresponsive by emergency medical services

00:54in her New York City apartment on February 26, after police responded to a 911 call around 8 a.m. local time.

01:01Multiple sources told ABC News that her mother was the one to phone for help.

01:06Shortly after the officer's arrival, EMS pronounced Trachtenberg dead.

01:10Two months after her passing, the New York City Medical Examiner's Office confirmed to NBC News

01:15that her cause of death was due to complications from diabetes mellitus,

01:18and her manner of death was listed as natural.

01:21The office added that a review of laboratory test results led to the conclusion.
