00:00But, I mean, a lot of the world could argue that Ukraine has been listening to Donald Trump.
00:06They signed the Minerals deal with Donald Trump.
00:09They've been holding various talks with NATO countries and European countries to come to a deal.
00:15They've tried to hold talks with Vladimir Putin.
00:19That hasn't happened.
00:20And Donald Trump said last night that Putin is, quote, very nice all the time, but it turns out to be meaningless.
00:28Does President Putin actually really want the war to end?
00:33And is he prepared to work with Trump and Europe to end the war?
00:40Vladimir Putin wants to stop this war as soon as possible because from our point of view, Ukrainians, they are Russians.
00:47And you may know that Kiev was capital of Russia during three centuries yet.
00:54Kiev now capital of Ukraine.
00:55So, for 80 percent of Ukrainians, Russian language is native language.
01:02Ukraine has been part of Russia during more than a thousand years.
01:07And so, for us, it's civil war.
01:09We want to stop this war as soon as possible.
01:12But we regard the situation as occupation of Ukraine by Western countries, which use Ukrainian proxy army, and their Western war against Russia.
01:24Russian suggestion for the peace deal, it's very easy.
01:29Stop political repression, liberation of all political presidents of Ukraine.
01:35Stop political repression against Russian language.
01:38And stop political repression against Orthodox Church.
01:42And stop involvement of Ukraine to their enemies, to Russia, meaning NATO and European Union.
01:53Neutrality of Ukraine.
01:54So, if Western countries agree to accept these Russian demands, Vladimir Putin will stop this war next day.
