00:00We sued him 26 times. We did a special session to prepare for that.
00:09And by the way, when I say the most un-Trump state, Trump 1.0, we sued him 122 times.
00:17And here's the good news, Madam Chair, we won almost 90% of the lawsuits.
00:23Thank you for supporting these remarkable leaders.
00:34Thank you, a remarkable leader, for being here and passing that torch.
00:40Because that's what it's about.
00:42Back to our origin story here. First hand, I shook.
00:47I got four kids. And I started in Florence today, kind of shook up.
00:54Because I saw a picture of two kids that were images of a sister, 12, 13 years old, with her 9-year-old sister.
01:09The bodies were found, a few miles down from their camp, together.
01:18Holding their hands, doing everything in their power to stay together.
01:23I've got kids that age. I've got daughters that age. I've got sons. You do as well. Grandparents.
01:31That's what it's about. I mean, this is it. No do-over.
01:37And so, my call to you is simple. You have the power to shape the future.
01:42The future is not just on the experience of the manifest decisions, not conditions to determine our fate in the future.
01:49It's not what happens to us, it's how we respond to it.
01:54And our opportunity presents itself anew in 18 months.
02:01You have the power to end Donald Trump's presidency.
02:07And the fact that the administration has, sure, he'll be fired and furious that he can find something.
02:21He'll have to deal with the tweets. He'll have to deal with the attacks and the bullying.
02:26But the legislative agenda is effectively over.
02:30Enough of 17 million people getting off.
02:33Enough of cutting food stamps and meals on wheels.
02:40Enough of tax breaks for people that don't need them.
02:43Enough of sacking a generation with more debt.
02:46You have that power in these big terms.
02:50So I want you to know how important you are.
02:54And I want to thank you for being here today.
02:58But most importantly, I want to thank you for everything you're doing tomorrow, next month, and next year
03:04as we take back that House of Representatives and we take back that power
03:10and we leverage this country, the United States of America.
03:15Thank you very much.
