00:10Ito, CICC is a lot of headway to us today.
00:13First of all, we have to give up the policy when we come to the hotline 1-3-2-6,

02:42Andyan nung kausap ko hapon si Chief Jeremy Lotok ng NBI.
02:46At talagang ang plano namin hanggang dulo, hanggang makasuhan ito mga ito.
02:51Ito yung mga National Prosecution Service natin sa DOJ,
02:53katuwang din natin para naman talagang hanggang conviction.
02:56Para doon lang siguro matitigil ito, si Quing.
02:59Pag nagkaroon ng conviction at magkusa na sila mag-pack up, magtigil na.
03:03Pero paano yung may mga na-receive na ba kayong tawag?
03:06Yung parang tinithreaten gamit yung Facebook account,
03:10kunyari nangutang yung isang tao, tapos kinuha niya yung contacts nito,
03:15tapos parang dinadamay siya na may utang,
03:18naka-receive ko ng ganyan dati, susunugin daw yung bahay namin.
03:21In fact, kausap ko ang association ng mga online lenders sa mga mga kaibigan natin sa One Hand.
03:29Yan din ang problema nila na nagkakaroon sila yung reputation nila nadadamaged
03:34because naglipa na yung mga illegal na online lenders.
03:37At yan ang nga ang sistema nila na nagbabanta sila ng kung ano-ano para lang magbayad.
03:43So, magkakaroon ho tayo ng memorandum of agreement.
03:46Naunahan mo lang ako.
03:47Hindi ko dapat muna iya, pero we're expecting a memorandum of agreement
03:52kung saan ang private sector, lalong-lalo na yung mga association ng online lenders.
03:56So, tutulong ho, nagpapaprovide ng resources sa CICC.
03:59Nagpapasalamat naman ho kami, maganda ang reception sa CICC ngayon,
04:02lalong-lalo na ng private sector.
04:04So, yun yung kumakain ng buong week ko.
04:06Puro meeting, puro pakikipagkasun doon sa private sector at sa mga partner government agencies natin.
04:12So, at least, madali lang tandaan, 1326.
04:15Yan yung hotline ng CICC.
04:17Sumasagot ka ba doon sa tao?
04:19Minsan, minsan sa Facebook page ko.
04:23Doon nagpapadala yung tao.
04:26So, inutusan ko na rin ho.
04:27At nakiusap ako sa mga staff ko na iman na pati yung Facebook page ko.
04:31Pero, pwede rin ho kayong magreklamo at magbigay ng inyong subong sa Facebook page sa CICC.
04:37Apparently, ngayon, pati yung Facebook page ko, pwede na rin.
04:40Sa website natin, at cicc.gov.ph, pwede rin ho kayong pumunta doon.
04:48Pero, syempre, mas maraming nakamonitor doon sa mismong page ng CICC.
04:52Kaya doon po kayong mag-message o tumawag doon sa hotline 1326.
