00:00Well, that next start for Clayton Kershaw comes in Milwaukee against Big Miz,

00:06the rookie flamethrower for Milwaukee, that being Jacob Mizorowski.

00:10The veteran gets a little bit of the respect, minus 126.

00:14His Dodgers, the road money line favorites, eight and a half.

00:17The total DRS, the rookie versus the vet, who wins the day in Milwaukee?

00:23Now, coming from, like, Kershaw, who lives in Tinkletown,

00:26and the highlight, it's Penn Kershaw breaking the seal.

00:29That just fits right in line at this point.

00:32But understand this, the Miz was miserable in his last start against the New York Mets,

00:37but now he gets a chance to take on the Dodgers, who are slipping right now.

00:40The one thing, if you look at these short appearances here that, you know,

00:42Jacob Mizorowski's had, only 74 batters faced.

00:45Electric against right-handed batters, not so much against lefties.

00:48Now, in this lineup, you say, you know what, there is one lefty you got to be careful with,

00:52it's Shohei Ohtani.

00:53But the rest of the lineup, lefty-wise, Michael Confort is having a decent season

00:56in the last 30 days, I should say, against right-handed pitching.

00:58The rest of the lineup, though, just from those left-handed bats,

01:02not really all that enticing.

01:03And you take a look at, you know, do you fade Clayton Kershaw,

01:06who maybe got left out there a little bit longer, huge milestone night.

01:09Hey, let me sit back in and soak that in before I get to my next mound appearance,

01:12which will be on the road.

01:13Maybe you get a deflated performance here out of Clayton Kershaw

01:17and a chance to jump on them once again for the Milwaukee Brewers.

01:19Again, bouncing back for young rookie pitchers is interesting

01:23because he got hammered against a quality lineup on the road against New York.

01:26Now, he is back home for the Miz.

01:28We'll see what he does.

01:30But that's a good lineup for the Dodgers.

01:32But it doesn't really give me that eye shot where it's like,

01:34hey, you know what?

01:35Yeah.

01:35I really think, like, let's just say if the Miz was struggling

01:37against right-handed batters and they're throwing eight right-handed batters at him,

01:40like, ooh, this might be tough.

01:42I think it's a good bounce-back spot.

01:43And you know what?

01:44I'm going to go ahead and take that plus-108 price here

01:46with a young pitcher that they haven't seen yet for the Dodgers.

01:48And maybe it works in their direction.
