00:00Quezon City formally received donated fire trucks from Chiba City, Japan in a ceremonial turnover held recently.

00:07The donation is part of Resolution No. 9726-S-2024 signed between the two cities in June last year.

00:15Present during the event were Acting Mayor-Counselor Mikey Belmonte, Acting Vice Mayor-Counselor Candy Medina, and other key city officials.

00:23Representatives from Chiba's local fire division also attended, reaffirming the strong partnership between the two local governments.

00:30This initiative highlights the importance of international cooperation in strengthening local disaster response capabilities.
