00:02I do have a question on education funding for states and local districts.
00:05Thank you very much.
00:06I appreciate it, Caroline.
00:07Two questions for you related to the Prime Minister's visit today.
00:09Number one, there's a report circulating that the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation provided
00:13a proposal to the White House to build these so-called humanitarian transit areas inside
00:19and outside of Gaza.
00:20The GHF is insisting it has nothing to do with that proposal.
00:23Can you shed any light on whether the White House has received such a proposal, and if
00:28so, from whom?
00:29I'm unaware if a proposal from the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation was sent to the White House.
00:33I haven't seen it, but I can ask our National Security Council.
00:36And also a document circulating that the White House is prepared to lift the Foreign Terrorist
00:41Organization designation from HDS, the group of President al-Sharah in Syria.
00:46Can you confirm that that's taking place?
00:48Again, I haven't heard that or I'm not aware of that action taking place.
00:52As you know, we did lift particular sanctions on Syria, but we did leave them on for particular
00:57terrorist groups.
00:58If that has changed, we will, of course, let you know if there's a change in policy.
01:02But I'm unaware of one at this time.
01:03Go ahead.
