01:07Episode 1 begins with a flashback to the Panamstan War.
01:12Jason, the leader of the Mad Dog team, watches from his helicopter as another is hit and crashes.
01:18He ignores the orders from the base and leads his men to rescue the survivors.
01:23They manage to reach one of the survivors before a rebel blows up the truck next to them.
01:29That night, the rebels torture a group of soldiers before one of them awakens as a zombie.
01:35Six years later, in a UN refugee camp in the Panamstan Republic, Claire tries to talk to one of the children and a survivor of the Panamstan Civil War.
01:44Claire takes a look at his sketchbook when she learns that he is mute and finds a gruesome picture of men who look like zombies fighting each other.
01:53In the United States, Leon is in a helicopter on his way to the White House, as a part of team with Jason, Shin May, and Patrick.
02:02Patrick isn't sure Leon is qualified for the job, even going so far as to say he was just in the wrong place at the right time to save the president's daughter.
02:12Jason reminds him that luck has no place in their work, only skill.
02:17The team heads off to meet with the president and secretary of defense Wilson.
02:21It turns out they are there because someone has tried to break in and steal confidential files, bypassing the need for a special code from the president to gain access to extremely sensitive files at the Pentagon.
02:34Wilson also shares his suspicion that China may be behind the attacks.
02:39They have been waging cyber war against the country for years, and Wilson believes they must be behind it.
02:45However, the president does not want to jump to conclusions.
02:49Suddenly, the lights go out and members of the Secret Service rush in.
02:55Jason and Patrick go outside to find out what is going on.
02:59Patrick comes across Spacer, the press secretary, who appears to have been hit from behind when the lights went out before he collapsed.
03:07He rushes off to find the AED when Spacer rises again as a zombie.
03:19Just when it looks like he himself is going to be bitten, Leon comes and shoots from behind.
03:31He warns Patrick to aim for the head before the two rejoin the team, who are preparing to head off to the bunker with the president and the others.
03:39They reach the bunker and Patrick stays with the president while Jason, Shin Mei and Leon go back to investigate.
03:46He warns Patrick to aim for the fight.
04:16The next morning, Jason and Leon discuss what might have happened while the White House is being cleaned out.
04:22Downstairs, Claire has arrived for her meeting with Spacer, the press secretary, who became a zombie yesterday.
04:30She being told that he is not here before she sees Leon walking by.
04:35He is just as surprised to see her, and she explains to him that she is here with representatives of the provisional government of Panamston, asking for help to build schools and hospitals.
04:45She then asks Leon to look at the picture she found of what the Civil War looked like in Panamston six years ago, which looks very similar to what happened in Raccoon City.
04:56Before Leon can give his opinion, Jason comes by and tells him to hurry up.
05:02Before he leaves, Leon warns her not to get into trouble, to which Claire replies that his outfit doesn't suit him at all.
05:09In the Oval Office, Wilson tells the president that the information contains info on a bio-research facility in Shanghai.
05:17Wilson wants to send Jason and the team there to investigate, but Ryan isn't sure that's the best course of action.
05:24However, the president decides to authorize the mission after being urged by Wilson.
05:30Jason, Shin Mei and Leon prepare for their mission and board the submarine that will take them into China's waters.
05:36Jason informs the team that they are going to the bio-research facility to investigate the hacking and zombie attack on the White House.
05:45Leon does not understand why they need to go to the facility when they can just hack them back.

05:54After giving three consecutive, classified, answers, he goes off to check the equipment and Leon sits down with Shin Mei and asks her if she wants to go get something to eat when it's all over.
06:05And she says.
06:06It's classified.
06:07Fed up with the classified answers he receives, he decides to walk around when he sees Jason injecting himself with a needle, but he doesn't stop to question him.
06:17Episode 1 ends with the same flashback as before, only this time the zombie attack takes place and that poor boy is trapped under the rocks in some kind of cage, while all he can do is to sit and watch as the chaos happen.
06:30Episode 2 begins with someone arriving by car at an old house.
06:36He enters an unmanaged house and is shocked at what he finds.
06:40He drops a paper bag containing what looks like injectors, and at the same time Jason wakes up from sleep when Leon wakes him up.
06:48It was clear that Jason had dreamed about something bad in the past.
06:53The scene then jumps to Claire doing her own research at her motel.
06:56She finds out that during the Panamstan Civil War, the U.S. military intervened before the U.N. could find a solution.
07:05She even watches a video in which two reporters argue that the only reason the U.S. invaded Panamstan was to get closer to China.
07:13The next morning, Claire does further research on the Mad Dogs unit, who have returned after the war as the heroes of Panamstan, and she finds that four of the six members of the team have committed suicide since their return.
07:26The scene then switches to another flashback that is the same as the beginning of the first episode, but this time the Mad Dogs team is shown surviving the explosion and rescuing the soldier trapped under the helicopter and make their way into a building for cover and try to contact the base.
07:42Still in flashback, the scene now moves to another building and the team talks about how they just made it out alive.
07:49Obviously something had happened while they were taking refuge.
07:53A body bag lies on the table, wriggling around and making zombie noises.
07:59As the arguing continues, Shin Mei rushes into the tent and discovers the body bag.
08:04The scene then shifts back to the present as Shin Mei opens her locket to reveal a picture of someone named Jun-si, who looks a lot like the soldier the Mad Dogs dragged out from under the helicopter.
08:15Somewhere in the submarine, a mysterious creature is stalking another Navy soldier on board.
08:22Jason is finally ready to talk about what has happened.
08:26He tells that he keeps having the same nightmares about that day in Panamstan.
08:31Leon tries to empathize and understand what Jason went through by telling him all the shit and things he saw in Raccoon City.
08:38Surprisingly, Jason seems to sympathize with the government's decision to blow up Raccoon City to save the country in the long run.
08:46But Leon is against it and believes they could have done more to save the people who are still alive.
08:52When Jason talks about Leon calling his time terrible and that the way of all terror is fear in the human mind, the submarine seems to collide with something.
09:02The two rush off to investigate when they find that the officers on deck have been attacked by something.
09:07When Leon comes across another body, Shin Mei and Jason meet up and tell the officers to seal off the submarine because of the contamination.
09:17Leon gets into trouble himself when he is confronted by rat zombies, and it turns out that the submarine is going to self-destruct.
09:24Leon finally makes it to the isolated room with some of the dead crew members and tries to open the escape pod where Shin Mei and Jason are hiding.
09:51They arrive at the safe house after their arrival in Shanghai, where new weapons are located and Leon saw the knife that Shin Mei was using had traces of blood.
10:02Leon sits down with Jason and asks him to finally tell him what is really going on and why they had to kill the crew and blow up the submarine.
10:10Jason finally tells him about the mission he and Shin Mei are on to find evidence of a conspiracy to bring down the US government.
10:17He even asks Leon to help them, but he refuses, causing the atmosphere between them to become tense.
10:29Episode 2 ends with Shin Mei, who has snuck back into the safe house, firing a few shots at Leon before running away.
10:37At the beginning of episode 3, Claire visits the house that Jason had a flashback of in episode 2.
10:45As she explores further, she finds the injectors Jason left behind and comes across what must have frightened Jason earlier, a dead body on a chair.
10:54In Shanghai, Shin Mei arrives at her family's home, and Leon breaks in after following her and demanding the answer.
11:01The scene goes to flashbacks and reveals that the soldier the Mad Dogs rescued is indeed Jun C, Shin Mei's younger brother.
11:10It is also revealed that Shin Mei is a operator for Mad Dogs team in the Penamston operation.
11:16After hearing the latest transmissions from Mad Dog that they have a survivor named Jun C and must be evacuated,
11:23she rushes to their location where she finds her brother already in a body bag as undead.
11:28Back in the present, Shin Mei tells Leon that, according to her investigation,
11:33Wilson was working with an unknown pharmaceutical company to produce military bioweapons and test them in Penamston during the Civil War.
11:42After discovering the body and calling the police, Claire continues her investigation and finds a picture of the Mad Dog team.
11:50It turns out that the house belongs to one of the team members that Jason visited in his flashback,
11:55and like the other member, he also committed suicide.
11:59In the back of the frame, she finds a piece of paper tucked into the frame and reads it.
12:04In another flashback, after saving Jun C, the team is considering what to do next and is suddenly attacked by rabid zombies.
12:12They may be able to fight them off, but each of them has been bitten in some way.
12:39Jun C tells them to use the injection inhibitors, similar to the ones Jason brought, in order for them not turn into zombies.
12:47Back in the present, Shin Mei tells that Jason decides not to turn Jun C over to the government
12:53and instead hands him over to his family in Shanghai before he and his unit return to the base,
12:58where they are warmly welcomed, called Heroes of Penamston.
13:01Wilson continues to supply them with the inhibitors to stay alive,
13:06and in turn Wilson holds this against the unit and forces them for his private covert operations.
13:12However, as time passed, members of the team began to commit suicide.
13:17Leon realizes that Wilson was behind the attack on the White House
13:21and forced Jason to blow up the submarine to make it look like China was behind it all.
13:26Shin Mei's grandfather, Yuan, tells Leon that he has spent his life since Penamston
13:32trying to undo the damage done by the virus to Jun C, but he has not succeeded.
13:37As Jason said, they are here looking for evidence to expose the conspiracy,
13:42and after six years, Jason and Shin Mei realized that the information they needed was right in front of them.
13:48Every bioweapon soldier had a chip in their body that recorded vital and combat data.
13:54Jason believes that if they go public with the information,
13:58it would expose Wilson and put an end to the development of bioweapons.
14:03Suddenly a bomb goes off and the ceiling and walls collapse.
14:07Leon and Shin Mei try to escape while her grandfather stays behind and dies next to Jun C.
14:13At the White House, Ryan, Wilson, and the president discuss an upcoming speech.
14:19Ryan believes it could damage US-China relations,
14:21but Wilson reminds them of all the things China has done
14:25and tells them they need to gain a military foothold in Penamston to keep China at bay.
14:30Downstairs, Claire is now here and ready to confront Wilson about the Mad Dogs unit.
14:36It turns out that what she found was a note from one of the soldiers writing down the reason for his suicide.
14:42Wilson, however, isn't willing to talk to her about it.
14:46Leon and Shin Mei made it out of the house safely.
14:49They have the chip and Shin Mei wants to use it to go public.
14:53But Leon knows the US government will do anything to hunt them down and silence them.
14:58Leon remembers what Jason told him about fear and realizes that Jason is not after justice.
15:05He wants to show the world what true terror is.
15:08The same terror he and his men knew.
15:10The third episode of this series ends with Claire still figuring something out in her room
15:16when the lights go out, before she is attacked by two unknown men.
15:19The fourth and final episode of the series begins with the president's preparations for his upcoming speech.
15:38Patrick is preparing the other members of the Secret Service when he receives a call from Leon,
15:43who warns him about what has been going on.
15:45Claire wakes up to find herself tied to a chair.
15:50Wilson is with her and wants Claire to stop her investigation,
15:54and he will provide her with whatever resources she needs at Pennamston.
15:58If she refuses, he will kill her, it is as simple as that.
16:02Wilson even tells her how he planned to force president to take a firm stand against China
16:07and mobilize the military in Pennamston.
16:09Then he could test his bio-weapons, and if the government there saw how good they were,
16:15he would share them with them.
16:17In return, they would have to buy inhibitors to keep those weapons in check,
16:21which would make him more money.
16:23Just when Wilson thinks that infecting Claire and forcing her to become dependent on the inhibitor
16:28after she headbutts him would be the better choice,
16:31Jason shows up, still alive after Leon shot him.
16:34Elsewhere in the lab, Leon and Shinmei have finally arrived.
16:40Jason had told her about Wilson's lab and she knew he would come there after being asked by Leon.
16:46Wilson believes Jason has returned because he is loyal to him,
16:50but Jason has other thing in his mind.
16:53He plans to allow the virus to take over.
16:56Then, in front of Wilson's eyes, Jason turns into some kind of monster and pounces on him.
17:02The security override kicks in as soon as it realizes there is a rogue bio-weapon.
17:08Just as Leon and Shinmei arrive, they see huge waterfalls of acid begin to fill the facility.
17:14They also see the other bio-weapons fall into the acid to be destroyed.
17:19Wilson is still alive, but now he is dependent on the same inhibitors,
17:24having been infected by Jason's bite.
17:26He reveals to Leon and Shinmei his plan to reveal himself to the world and show them the true fear,
17:33and they have to see for themselves what is going on,
17:36after Shinmei tries to remind him that they have their brother's chip and just need to go public.
17:41When Claire realizes that the acid has reached her platform,
17:45Jason rushes off to try to reach the surface.
17:48Shinmei and Leon try to stop Jason, but bullets don't do shit on him.
17:53Jason breaks the small platform they are on, which sends Shinmei flies to him and Leon holds on.
18:00Shinmei tries to get through to Jason one more time,
18:03but he finds out that she is annoying and decides to break her neck.
18:11The platform Leon is holding onto finally falls over,
18:15dropping him onto the lower ring of the platform,
18:17where he discovers Claire, who has broken away and is trying to get higher.
18:21He rushes out and helps her pull herself up to a higher platform.
18:27At the top, the president is preparing to give his speech when Patrick delivers Leon's warning to him.
18:33He believes him, pushes aside the original speech,
18:36and spontaneously thinks up a new one in which he advocates peace and the rebuilding of Penamston.
18:42Down below, Leon and Claire work together to prevent Jason from leaving the underground lab.
18:48Leon gets a big gun, while Claire goes to the control panel.
18:52Jason has finally managed to break through the ceiling.
19:21He grabs Leon, who is trying to stop him,
19:25and for a moment changes his mind about not killing him by throwing him into a pool of acid.
19:30He tells Leon again that the world will know what terror is when it sees him,
19:35but before he can walk out, Leon pulls the lever and drops the platform
19:39and Jason into the acid while holding onto something.
19:43As Leon walks on the platform, Jason, still alive,
19:47warns him that this isn't the end before his dramatic death.
19:50A short time later, Leon has arrived on the surface, where the president has finished his speech.
19:57Patrick finally realizes what a hero Leon really is,
20:01but Leon is just his old humble self and sees it all as luck.
20:06The next day, Claire visits Leon at the White House.
20:10She wants him to hand her the chip so she can make a copy of it and give it to the media.
20:14However, Leon doesn't want to hand it over for some reason,
20:19which makes Claire disappointed before she leaves,
20:22as Leon obviously notices his big change there to build a deep relationship with her, gone.
20:27The final episode of this series ends with Wilson,
20:31who survived the attack, receiving more of the inhibitor because his life now depends on it.
20:36The box it comes in has the Tricell logo on it,
20:39which now reveals the unknown pharmaceutical company Wilson is working with.
