00:00And now news from America. At least 82 people have died and dozens are still missing after devastating floods and hit central Texas.

00:08The deadly floods left many stranded. Houses were submerged and vehicles were caught in the floodwaters.

00:15President Donald Trump has called the floods catastrophic while blaming the previous government.

00:20Trump said the floods were unexpected but blamed the 100-year-old system.

00:26He sought to deflect responsibility and called the situation a Biden set-up.

00:32This comes despite Trump being in office for only about six months.
