00:00Hey it's Adrian and if your phone is always running low on battery you're going to want to

00:04check out this Pataka Aramit Fiber Power Bank. It's super slim and made of premium Aramit Fiber

00:10material. There's a large 5,000 milliamp hour battery that's great for all day use when paired

00:15with the 15 watt fast wireless charging for MagSafe and Qi 2 wireless charging along with

00:20wired charging via USB-C cable for devices that don't support wired charging. So let's take a

00:26closer look at the Pataka Aramit Fiber Power Bank and a big thanks to Pataka for sending this out for

00:31review. In the package we have the Pataka Aramit Fiber Magnetic Power Bank and the manual. Let's take

00:38a quick look at the design so you can see that this is a very slim power bank which is pretty

00:43impressive. Now this comes in at around 116 grams or 0.25 pounds and if we take a look at the side

00:50view this has only about 0.88 centimeters or about 0.34 inches so it really is not adding much bulk

00:58at all once attached to the phone. So we have the Pataka logo on here and then we have this Aramit

01:03Fiber material and this has a nice you know kind of textured pattern or weave which really adds to you

01:09know the grip ability on here you know it makes it easy to hold and then on the side we have this kind

01:13of matte metallic frame. Now if we take a look at the underside so this is where we're going to have this

01:18you know kind of magnetically snap into place for the MagSafe charging. The underside also has this

01:23really soft feel kind of material kind of a rubbery type of material and that's to ensure that once

01:28this is you know placed up against your phone or your phone case it's not going to damage it in any

01:33way. And then at the very bottom here we have a USB Type-C port. This is what we're going to use to

01:37just charge this back up once it's you know depleted or to use the USB Type-C charging in wired mode and you

01:45can charge your phone wired mode or you know your pair of headphones earbuds or any other type of

01:50device that doesn't support wireless charging. And looking at the side view so we do have a button

01:54that we can press and if you go ahead and just press that really quickly you can see the current battery

01:59life remaining on the power bank. Here's a quick look at the specs feel free to pause and review or

02:04jump ahead to the next section. Using the power bank is extremely simple all you need to do is just

02:09snap it onto the back of your phone and you can see it showing fast wireless charging and it's about an hour and

02:15six minutes until my phone will be fully charged. Now I didn't have to press any type of buttons to

02:20activate it you just snap it into place it automatically starts charging it's as simple

02:25as that. So this will work on any type of iPhone that supports MagSafe charging or if you have an

02:31Android phone that has a MagSafe case like I have on my S25 Ultra you can see that kind of snaps into

02:37place. Now I can go ahead and actually hold it by the power bank you can see that's not actually

02:41shifting or going anywhere the magnetic hold is really strong on here. Now part of that is that

02:47this case does use you know N52 industrial checked magnets as well and I'll leave a link down below if

02:52you want to check this case out but yeah you can see very strong hold no issues at all. And one

02:57additional benefit of the power bank is that with a lot of phone cases you know if the camera module is

03:03not kind of fully protected when you place it flat down you may get to like wobble with your phone but

03:08because this kind of elevates the camera lens off a table or any surface once you put this spot down

03:14there is no type of wobble at all so that's just an extra benefit having this attached on here. Now

03:19what if you want to leave your power bank on but you don't want your phone to continue charging well

03:24it's easy to do that you'll just double click the power button on the side here and you can see it's

03:28automatically stopped charging. If you have earbuds that support wireless charging for the charging case

03:34you can also go ahead pop that on here and you can see it's actively charging it and of course

03:38you could use USB type-c charging to get up to 20 watts of wire charging just like so. And to recharge

03:45your power bank you'll just plug in a USB type-c cable and then you'll see the LED indicator light

03:51so you know it's actively charging. If you have the S25 Ultra like I do you'll notice that the power bank

03:56covers a little bit of that bottom lens. Now what does that mean for you? Well you can see with the 0.6 lens

04:02it's not affected in any way I can go to the 1x no problem 2x no problem 3x no problem but if I go to 5x

04:10you'll see that there's a little bit of gray at the bottom here so it does kind of impede the 5x or the

04:16telephoto lens so just keep that in mind. So the Pataka aramid fiber power bank is a great option

04:22whether you have an iPhone or a Samsung phone. It's super slim and lightweight to match any type of setup and

04:28it's made of premium aramid fiber to stay durable it snaps into place effortlessly and it just works
