00:12Similarly, go to the corporate sector and see how driven people are.

00:16Look at their ambitiousness.

00:18Look at their commitment levels.

00:19Look at their determination.

00:21It is not that we are bereft of qualities.

00:24We have resolve.

00:25We have tenacity.

00:26Even fearlessness you know.

00:28But you use all these qualities in the service of the wrong goals.

00:33It is not at all sufficient to be talented.

00:35Far more important than being talented or gifted is the ability to know with discretion where to employ that talent.

00:45Talent or qualities without devotion and discretion are like loose cannons, unguided missiles, a chimpanzee with an AK-47.
