00:00One of the things that drives me crazy is that people that are really out of shape.
00:03A friend of mine is overweight and he's been talking to me about exercise and just like,
00:06I'm worried about being sore.
00:07I go, listen, man, you want to do this.
00:09I will work out with you and I promise you, you will barely get sore because we will work
00:13out for maybe 20 minutes.
00:14What I'll have you do is just do like five push-ups, five bodyweight squats, five sit-ups.
00:19Too many people, they try to make up for years of abuse and they try to just jump right back
00:24in and run a marathon.
00:25Yeah.
00:25Don't do that.
00:26Your body is out of shape.
00:28Like we got to build it back nice and slow the same way it got sick.
