“More than 10000 police personnel deployed” Puri SP on security heightened outside Gundicha Temple

Puri (Odisha), July 5, 2025 (ANI): On Security heightened outside the Shri Gundicha Temple (Mausi Maa Temple) ahead of the Bahuda Yatra, the return of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Goddess Subhadra to the Jagannath Temple, the SP of Puri informed that they have made elaborated police arrangements.Puri SP Pinak Mishra said, "... We have made elaborate police arrangements. Today also we are expecting huge crowds of devotees who will join in this festival... Ensuring the safety of all devotees is our priority... This festival is celebrated with the coordination of many stakeholders. We are closely in touch with all the 'sevayats', temple authorities, and the district administration... More than 10000 police personnel have been deployed... We have around eight companies of RAF..."

01:45NDRF is in place.

01:48We have around eight companies of Repet Action Force and other Central Armed Police Forces,

01:53those who are assisting us.

01:55And we are completely prepared for it.
