I'll see you next time.
00:30
We come back from a walk, we use anything in our kits as a first priority, we restock
00:56
them to make sure they're ready for the call out.
00:59
The main thing that we're looking at in terms of restock is our first aid kit, which has
01:03
a lot of dressings in it, so as you can imagine with any good first aid kit, you do not only
01:08
want to clean your band-aids, but also clean your compression band-aids, as well as your
01:12
emergency blankets, your drawers, etc, etc, so this is kind of the lifeblood of any sort
01:18
of physical injury that we come across out here, and we always restock that on our return.
01:23
The other stuff that we carry that a lot of people don't realise is we also carry an observation
01:27
aid kit, so if anyone's feeling unwell, you can do a quick check of vitals, including
01:31
their temperature, checking their pulmonary response, check their blood glucose levels,
01:36
if they're diabetic or if they're worried about how they've been eating that day, but
01:40
also check their blood saturation through their pulse oximeter, and then also make sure that
01:47
we're checking their blood pressure as well, so we do quite comprehensive patient care when
01:52
needed, and as required, people will kind of come to us and ask us questions, and the most
01:57
important thing is that we make sure that our treatment is holistic and tailored to whatever
02:01
they want.
02:02
It really depends on the individual.
02:03
One of the most important things when anyone has a severe injury, as you can imagine with
02:08
your doctor's ABCD, is their breathing.
02:12
So, in our airways kits, we always carry oxygen with us, just to support people if they're having
02:16
a seizure, they've been knocked unconscious, they're not breathing by themselves normally,
02:20
but we also carry a defib with us at all times as well.
02:23
We have a defib, we have our oxygen, and we also have our various masks that go along
02:28
with that.
02:29
So, that makes sure that we can provide the treatment needed, and that if anyone is in a
02:34
life-racking situation, we can support them into act as a right.
02:38
So, this is our third and final bag that we carry with us.
02:42
This one, most importantly, is what we keep all of our lollipops in.
02:46
So, anyone who comes to us for a lollipop, this is the bag that we're reaching for, to
02:50
make sure that everyone gets their sugar hit for the night.
02:52
Other than that, we also carry emesis bags in there, which we're trying to re-stop primarily.
02:57
I'm not going to fit this wall with all my sweaters on.
03:03
So, we keep this one fully stopped for easy-go, but if, on that chance, we come across someone
03:08
who is vulnerable or needs extra support, we also carry blankets with us to make sure
03:12
they stay warm while we take care of them.
03:14
And also, if you're very lucky during summer, if you're walking around with heels and you
03:19
get your feet, you might get some flip-flops from us.
03:21
So, that's the little pack.
03:23
Also, pads, tampons, etc.
03:25
All of the above.
03:26
We also actually carry that.
03:28
And then, of course, on the sides, we have all the water for our intoxicated patrons that
03:32
come by or just need to be rehydrated.
03:34
How many of these do you give out every year?
03:40
24,000 Chapa Chups every single year.
