In this troubleshooting tutorial video, I'll show how to fix the common problem of the mouse cursor missing in Phasmophobia. In this problem, users are unable to actually see their mouse cursors (or mouse pointers) in the game, which makes playing difficult. Common names for this problem are "mouse cursor invisible", "cursor not showing" and also "mouse cursor disappeared", which reflect the non-visibility of the cursor in Phasmophobia.

To fix this problem, follow the steps of the video.

1. Open Phasmophobia
2. Press the "ESCAPE" key ("ESC" key)
3. Click "Options"
4. Scroll down
5. Increase "Default Cursor Opacity" value
6. Increase "Highlight Cursor Opacitiy" value
7. Click "Apply"

The reason why the "mouse cursor missing" error occurrs in Phasmophobia is related to the mouse cursor opacity value in the game. In some cases, for different reasons, this value may reset to zero, in which case the cursor effectively becomes invisible, just like the ghosts in the game. By re-increasing the value of the opacity, the cursor becomes visible again.
