00:05secretion occurs in the pitch dark.
00:08When you are sleeping, the darkness would get it released.
00:12Actually, it is to be used only during jet lag.
00:17It is not a sleeping pill to be used regularly because otherwise our whole system will become
00:24dependent because body works on feedbacks.
00:29And if it is already supplemented, your pineal glands will become redundant.
00:34They will stop secreting that particular thing.
00:37So one should not and never try and replace the natural thing by an unnatural thing.
