00:00I want to know what you think about the outcome of the trial and the not guilty
00:06verdict for the RICO and the sex trafficking. Well I never thought there
00:10was a RICO case that they could present and win. Sex trafficking that was
00:14questionable to me. I quite frankly didn't think it was sex trafficking which
00:18the essence of is taking a woman by force or coercion to do something she
00:23otherwise wouldn't want to do and doing it across state lines if it's federal. So
00:29I think that conviction was fair. On the other hand I believe that the fairness
00:36should also indicate fair sentencing and that's what we are looking to see what
00:42happens and I just think the judge should consider the case and the conviction as
00:46he would anyone else and that means first-time offenders 21 to 27 months
00:52whether he does it concurrently the two convictions or consecutively that's his
00:57prerogative because yes is he dangerous to the community I'm not sure at this
01:04point would he have gone after the witnesses I don't know if he's lost his
01:09left learned his lesson but what I also do know is that he needs help let's not
01:13overlook that he needs help otherwise he's gonna do it again I think they
01:17overcharged him I think they overcharged him based on what we've seen and with
01:21our own eyes and that's why much my compassion goes toward what I saw with
01:26my own eyes and that being Cassie being dragged and beaten so I think that was
01:32the reason is because it was so explosive what they what was seen by the media and
01:37by the public and so they acted accordingly but you got to know that the
01:42federal government they're about winning cases and they throw the whole they throw
01:48the garbage can at you and see what they see what's left with the jury Trump has
01:54mentioned that he is open to considering pardoning did he what do you think about
01:59that do you think he should or do you think did he should serve his time I
02:01think he should serve his time however however short it is on the other hand
02:07Trump I don't think he'll do it before the midterm elections because he has to
02:12satisfy those Republican women he has to account to them for his decision-making as
02:17it relates to the next congressional election now perhaps after that meaning
02:24three years from now or last act leaving office that's a possibility for sure a
02:30lot of people they stayed silent throughout the trial and now more people are
02:34coming out and you know speaking up for Diddy what are your thoughts on that you
02:39know I've seen a few different people today speak out who haven't spoken before
02:43and I'm curious what you think about that well you know I suggested that his
02:48loved one should be allowed to come and show comfortable I've heard murders cases
02:54when I was a sitting judge in Detroit you always had the family come in and the
02:57close friends they sit in even if they knew that the defendant their relative and
03:02loved one had committed the crimes I think now they're jumping on the bandwagon
03:07perhaps they didn't have the courage to state what I stated
