00:00those those early years with the Warriors and you know you're you're losing a good amount of games
00:05you have injuries yourself you're dealing with I myself know what it's like to to go through
00:11times of struggle with injuries and how that affects for me my golf game and everything just
00:16seemed out of sync and confidence isn't quite there I'm curious for you how are you kind of
00:22able to keep your keep the faith really in that time period and see really the the light at the
00:27end of the tunnel it's hard man like you said you go through it those are some lonely days some
00:33lonely times because it's so outside of your control like you're so used to being in a situation
00:38where you know the work that you put in you get the result just the ability to be available in
00:46whatever your sport is and and just be able to be consumed by the process of getting better and
00:53enjoying the competition and all that when you have injuries or down times in your career like
00:58it's a lonely feeling because all you want to do is just be able to do the thing that you love and
01:02that you put so many hours in when you got to have a good circle around you it's very important you got
01:07to have you know that support that's um you know able to you can that you're able to lean on um
01:13at the end of the day I think it's obviously motivation to you know be very disciplined and
01:20detailed about whatever the rehab process are what the hard work that you have to put in to get back
01:25to the person and the athlete that you that you know you want to be um but there's a lot of faith
01:31in it too because you don't know how long that process is going to take
01:33you
