00:09Mr. Speaker, I rise in strong support of the One Big Beautiful Bill.

00:13President Trump inherited a disastrous open border policy from the Biden-Harris administration.

00:19There were nearly 9 million encounters at the southern border under President Biden,

00:24more than the last 14 years combined.

00:27You can plainly see the difference between the first five months of President Biden

00:32and the first five months of President Trump on this chart.

00:35As it turns out, all we really needed was a new president.

00:38And now the One Big Beautiful Bill will permanently secure the southern border.

00:43It completes the wall, funds thousands of new border agents,

00:47and equips them with the cutting-edge tools that they need.

00:50I urge my colleagues to vote yes, because border security is national security.
