00:00Mr. Speaker, I yield one minute to the gentlelady from Connecticut, Congresswoman DeLauro.

00:12My House Republican colleagues, have you no shame.
00:16This bill hands $4.5 trillion in tax cuts to billionaires and the biggest corporations.
00:22It takes healthcare away from 17 million Americans.
00:25People will die.
00:26Forty-two million Americans will go hungry.
00:29This bill triggers $500 billion in Medicare cuts.
00:32It increases the budget deficit by $3.3 trillion.
00:36President Trump and House Republicans have abandoned their promise to lower the cost of living.
00:41They are making it worse.
00:43To my Republican colleagues, have the moral courage to oppose this bill.
00:47The consequences of this vote will come due.
00:50They will not wait until next November.
00:52It will come tomorrow and every day after in every phone call and letter that your office answers.
00:58When your constituents tell you they cannot find health coverage or afford groceries.
01:03And they ask what you have done to help.
01:07And I hope you have the moral courage to tell them the truth that you did nothing.
