The Russian state-owned company Rostec has announced the delivery of a new batch of BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles to the Russian Armed Forces. The shipment was carried out through the "High-Precision Systems" consortium, part of the holding group.

According to Rostec, the vehicles delivered have been modernised based on real combat experience gained in recent years. They now feature additional protection systems and signature reduction technologies, making them less detectable to enemy surveillance and targeting systems.
