00:15Ito ang reaksyon ng membro ng House Impeachment Prosecution Panel na si Congressman Joel Chua

00:19sa certifications na hinihingi ng Senado

00:22bago simula ng pagliliti sa impeachment ni Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:26Bagamat wala ito sa konstitusyon, susunod pa rin sila dito.

00:30Sa akin kasi yung second requirement na binabanggit nila.

00:34Actually, to be honest with you, itong may require po sa amin,

00:41we believe na parang medyo hindi may problema talaga, questionable.

00:47But just the same, the reason why we are complying it.

00:50Matatandaang hindi nasimula ng impeachment trial sa dahilan ng Senado

00:54na kulang ang panahong ibingay sa kanila.

00:56Sa botong 18 over 5,

00:57nagdesisyon ng Senado na ibalik ang mga articles of impeachment sa mabawang kapulungan

01:02at na-require na magsumite ng dalawang certifications,

01:06ang compliance sa one-year bar rule at ang pagpapatunay

01:09na nananatiling matibay ang desisyon ng Kamara sa pag-impeach kay VP Sara.

01:14Naniniwala si Chua na hindi na ito kailangan.

01:16Because ayaw naman namin na mapagbintang kami na we are delaying the hearing,

01:21the impeachment hearing.

01:24So kaya nga sa piling namin hindi naman,

01:27in fact, pati yung submission ng certification na hindi naman kailangan eh.

02:28At doon sasagutin ng mga prosecutors ang mga katanungan ng impeachment courts.

02:35nagawin ng mga senador na tumatayong hukom

02:37ang responsibilidad nila bilang tagalitis sa nang kinakaharap na impeachment ni Vice President Duterte.

02:46ayaw naman din natin sabihin na they're trying to delay.

02:49Bata tayo, as a part of the panel of prosecutors,

02:54inihingi lang namin, eh sana,

02:56kampana namin lahat yung aming mga constitutional mandate.
