Transcript
00:00Pushing you in the tight end competition right now, what's a bigger room?
00:03What have been your impressions of some of these other guys?
00:05I mean, everybody in the room is really great.
00:07You know, everybody brings a different skill set.
00:10You know, Lake's the real veteran of the room,
00:12so I just really take a lot of the stuff he does and learn from him
00:16and just how to be a professional, how he runs routes, how he blocks, his physicality.
00:19So I've just taken a lot from him, and, you know, each of these guys push me every day.
00:24You know, we all push each other to be better players.
00:27How are you trying to separate yourself?
00:28You know, just doing extra work, you know, watching extra film,
00:34you know, anything I can do outside of practice or, you know,
00:37scheduled time to, you know, make myself a better player.
00:40What do you enjoy more, blocking or getting out a little bit and getting that ball?
00:43You know, I love both, but, you know, I'm a receiver at heart,
00:46so I do love to catch the ball.
00:48But, you know, I love doing both as long as I'm out on the field.
00:51You know, it's great.
00:52What have you seen from Jaden Maiava since the end of last season?
00:55You know, it's been great.
00:56You know, I love Maiava.
00:57He's a great dude, great quarterback.
00:58You know, he's really taken a leadership role at quarterback,
01:03and I think everybody looks to him, and, you know,
01:06he's been doing really well in spring ball.
01:08He's been doing really well.
