00:00South Bristol schools are in the spotlight with a new list revealing the area's top 13 primary schools.
00:07At the very top is Bridge Learning Campus where 77% of pupils reached the expected standard in reading, writing and maths and 3% exceeded it.
00:18The average scores hit 108 for reading and 107 for maths.
00:25Not far behind is Southville Primary with 70% of pupils meeting the expected standard and an impressive 11% going beyond it, the highest above standard rate on the list.
00:38Ashton Gate Primary comes in next with 69% followed by Henley's Junior School with 68%, both achieving strong average scores in the key subjects.
00:51On a city-wide scale, the strongest performance comes from Summer Hill Academy in St. George's, where 94% of pupils met the expected level, a figure well above the national average of 61%.
