00:25under half of the rubbish residents throw away in Bristol is recycled and Bristol City

00:32Council chiefs are hoping to increase this as much as possible and decrease the amount

00:39that black bins are used to encourage people to reduce, reuse and recycle. Currently, Bristol's

00:50recycling rates are at around 45%, which is one of the highest of the largest cities in

00:56the United Kingdom.
