00:00First off, you have to think, although it's alright at the minute, you need at least a certain amount of rain coverage and then you've got to think of the winter side of things, you've got to have heaters, a good amount of, you know, of flora, so a lot of plants and stuff, dogs welcome, of course, a little dog bowl for some water, and then maybe an outdoor tap, you know, as in like taps, you know, so you don't have to go back inside to get a drink.
00:28I'm going to say absolutely, because I don't smoke and I hate it, when I was pregnant I became really sensitive to the smell of it and I've never shaken that off, so yeah, I just think it's a really antisocial thing to do, because it's such a joy to sit outside and be in the fresh air, the clue's in the word fresh.
00:43So I'm not a smoker, but I know a lot of smokers and, you know, like at the end of the day there are people, so like I think they need to smoke somewhere, so maybe you could separate into many areas, maybe you could just allow it and people know, I mean it's outside, it's not that bad.
