Hungarian cellist Zoltán Onczay performs Prelude from J.S. Bach’s Cello Suite No. 1 in G major during a visit to the Manila Bulletin office in Intramuros, Manila, on Monday, June 30. Ambassador Titanilla Tóth, Hungary’s Ambassador to the Philippines, was also present during the visit.

Onczay is set to perform at the Manila Symphony Orchestra Foundation’s An Evening of Chamber Music on July 2, 2025, at the Manila Symphony Orchestra Recital Hall. He will be joined by Abelardo Galang on piano and Jeanne Rafaella Marquez on violin, performing works by Beethoven, Bartók, Piazzolla, Joplin, and Cayabyab.
