06:05The youth whose voices we heard last elections
06:08and who hold the promise of a brighter future for our country.
06:13Hence, we need to invest more in education.
06:17Like expanding further the law promoting the universal access to tertiary education
06:23signed by former President Duterte
06:26so that students will be able to choose more programs
06:29and avail of free education.
06:32As an advocate of sports,
06:34we should also further advance sports development in the country,
06:38especially in the grassroots,
06:40so that aspiring young athletes
06:43can be given the opportunity to improve their skills
06:46and hopefully, eventually, produce more Olympic medalists
06:51who will bring honor to our country.
06:54That is why I keep encouraging fellow Filipinos,
06:57especially the youth,
06:59to get into sports,
07:00stay away from drugs,
07:02to keep us healthy and fit.
07:04We will also push for legislations that,
07:07if enacted,
07:08will provide more opportunities
07:10in terms of job creation
07:12and livelihood support.
07:15Together,
07:15we must pursue
07:17and strengthen food security
07:19in order to ensure
07:20that there is food on the table of our people.
